Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Kathy has been cleaning my teeth for decades and is absolutely the best! Dr. Ochoco and his team work really well together and always make time to answer questions. The offices are clean and pleasant with great 6th story views of Santa Monica right outside each of the patient rooms. Also, love the music selection they have playing in the waiting room. I always look forward to checkups.

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist but I’ve finally found an office I love. Dr. Ochoco and team have a beautiful practice. The staff is warm and welcoming. The office itself is immaculate and very up to date. I came in for my regular cleaning and my dental hygienist, Vienna, was so thorough in explaining the state of my teeth and gums in a way that was easy to understand. It felt like a mini class on gum health, in the best way! I returned a few months later to get some composite fillings replaced as they darkened over time. Dr. Ochoco did an impeccable job. He was gentle and checked in to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. I also love that the TVs is on the ceiling. I got to pick my own programming to stream through the procedure. I highly recommend Schuster and Ochoco Dental to anyone, especially those who have anxiety about dental treatments. This is the place to go!

So grateful for Dr. Ochoco and his staff! I came to his office for a second opinion, and Dr. Ochoco saved me from getting several unnecessary root canals!! Him and his staff make you feel super comfortable and you can tell that they have your best interest in mind. I used to be so anxious visiting the dentist, but every visit here has been smooth and stress-free. The office also happens to be beautiful and with ocean views!

Such an amazing team! Scott was so extremely helpful getting an appointment set, he was friendly and quick to answer all my questions. Once arrived Dr.Ochoco and Sophie took the best care of me for my cleaning, extremely gentle and thorough.

For most people, like me, going to the dentist can be intimidating because we're all guilty of not being as good to our teeth as we should be. Dr. Ochoco and his team were really good at making me feel comfortable. I went for a routine teeth cleaning but ended up doing a deep cleaning after seeing what needed to be done through the x-ray results. Before they proceeded, they answered all the whys I had instead of just insisting to do what needed to be done. I've been in a few dental offices where they don't really take the time to explain. Apart from this, they also taught me how to avoid them from recurring. I did not feel discomfort one bit. They were very gentle and talked to me through the entire thing!

Apart from the amazing, friendly, super helpful staff - which by the way should tell you how good the work environment is, the office was nicely decorated. I mean, the small details that takes away that intimidating dental office vibes were everything. It's very important for spaces to be relatable to all ages and they found a great balance and did just that. No detail was compromised, down to the packaging of their giveaway kit.

Definitely would recommend one hundred percent!

I have been going to Dr. Schuster for many years and I’ve always been very happy with the quality of care. Recently, I saw Dr. Ochoco who worked on my cracked tooth and crown. He was so patient and gentle and calmed my nerves. Dr. Ochoco answered all my questions and worked hard to make sure the crown fit perfectly. Then he followed up after the appointment to make sure everything was okay. I have had other restorations and have to say this by far was one of the better experiences.
Also, I felt comfortable with all the safety procedures they’ve put into place during the pandemic. From the front staff to the assistants, everyone provided exceptional care. Highly recommend this dental practice.
