El Doctor Roy .. era mi doctor desde que estaba el en otras oficinas .. lo seguí porque se tomaba su tiempo pero perdí mi trabajo y mi azeguransa .. tuve que agarrar medical y el trato fue muy malo ..

I have never had a problem with Dr. Roy, I have been going to him for 8 years. Yesterday appointment was the worse appointment I have had, waited one hour, when called back the girl with green hair said “He only have two hands” moved me to another chair and the sat down and the person cleaning my teeth said “we are all busy “. I will never go back.

My fiance has been here and they have done amazing work! My daughter came in with an emergency, they took her and did phenomenal, she had a recent check up and they were great! From the ladies in the front to the dentist and the back staff as well! They even gave my daughter a super cool marvel comic book! Booking another appt for my 3 year old as soon as I'm done with this comment!

This place is truly awesome, they do great work and also stand by what they say. If you're looking for a great dentist look no further.

If I could rate this dental office a negative star, I surely would. I visited this establishment a total of one time. At my first, and only visit- I received: lip smacks, eye rolls and annoyance from the staff member helping me. As I left the office, a front desk associate asked me about my visit. I explained to the associate what I had experienced on my 1st visit. Six months later I called to schedule an appointment in hopes of a better visit, but was fefused service. I asked why I was being refused and no one would say anything besides they had the right to refuse me service. During my visit, my 7 year old daughter came in for a check-up. The attitude and annoyance of staff happened when my daughter asked me to stand outside of the room while she recived xrays. I stood quietly outside, but the dental assiant made sure to show her annoyace with eyes rolls, and bothering eye glares as she pressed the xray button around me. I said nothing becauase, of course, I knew my daughter would be mistreated. The funny part of all this, was the fact that I did not complain at my 1st visit. As I checked out at the front desk, I was asked directly of what I thought about my visit. I responded briefly, in a calm tone and gave a detailed description of our visit. And unfortunately, due to my honesty, we were refused service.

My oldest son has some immense insecurities and bad experiences (he's four and would cry instantly if we went to the dentist) with that they were still able to make him smile and relax to be able to take xrays!! Best dental office, friendly staff, and my children are happy to be there

I did not want to post this review but i think it is important.
I went here some time ago for an extraction.
They told me that I had 8 cavities, which was odd because I had never had problems with cavities to that degree in the past. And I do not eat sugar. 😐
I decided to go to 2 other dentist after they gave me that diagnosis...
Both of the dentists i went to said I had 0 cavities and I only needed 1 extraction because my tooth had chiped and the inside of it was exposed.
After I had gotten the other 2 exams done, both by different dentists, I contacted them back to tell them that the diagnosis they gave me was incorrect.
They hung the phone up in my face and blocked my phone number.
Completely unprofessional. And untrustworthy.

I will also make a valid statement and say, I use to work in the same exact shopping center with the toms burger in it.
On several occasions me and the employees and customers in the establishment i worked in saw ambulances come to this dentist on SEVERAL occassions!
Atleast 5 times. To rush patients to ER.
But I still decided to give them the benefit of doubt and go in for a check up and extraction. I figured they couldnt really mess up on that. But i was wrong.

I would not reccomend this dentist.
They do not give honest diagnosis. They just want more money.
