This dentist came highly referred by my Orthodontist. Dr. Hope is amazing! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the rest of the staff. I have given them the benefit of the doubt numerous times because we loved Dr. Hope. Today was our last visit and unfortunately we won''t be coming back! I am constantly being charged a different price. Furthermore, the staff is rude and looks down upon you! Finally, they gave me a hard time about my children waiting in the lobby. A children's dentistry should be welcoming and accommodating families not discouraging them! I will gladly take my business to a practice that treats people with respect!

The staff was respectful but had no understanding of Autism. The office is not designed for ASD kids. There is nothing to entertain them beyond screens. There is no quiet space for a meltdown after sedative medication. Other children were eating in the waiting room while my child was hangry and fasting.

Friendly staff. Autism family friendly. Staff was caring and understood the needs of my son. My son got his first ever X-rays today at 6 years old thanks to the staff for making him feel safe.

My son’s Dentist(Doctor) is very good. I put 2 stars because the hygienist and the front desk people are so rude and racist. I remember my son’s first time in this clinic. My son is crying ans scared, the hygienist is ignoring his cry and doesnt know how to calm him down. She left us in the room and said she can’t do it if he will not stop crying. She didn’t even tell us to come back next time to clean it. I think she is acting like that because I told them that Im scared of IV sedation for my son. Also the front desk, when I didnt sign the dental procedure with IV sedation (coz Im still deciding that time) , they are so rude talking to us and they are rushing me. They even pushing me to a schedule that I’m not available. I decided to leave this clinic and go to other clinic because I don’t trust them anymore. They should be more friendly and know how to calm down kids because it’s Children Dentistry. My son was traumatized and he doesn’t want to go back. When we went to the other clinic , he is so calm , did the full xray and open his mouth to his new hygienist and dentist.

Dr. Hope is amazing. I genuinely love her care for kiddos and how she explains everything. The reason that I am looking for another children’s dentistry is the rest of the staff. Most are kind, but out of the last 3 years we have been here the receptionists and most of the hygienists are extremely condescending and rude to parents.
Also, the fact you cannot sit with your child during treatments if you have other children is a huge red flag 🚩

As a former dental assistant I was looking for a place that had the standards of a caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The first time I took my children here the experience was great I didn’t feel like i was being taking advantage of like other dental facilities. I love the staff they are super friendly and kind to my children. The Dentist are very profesional I can tell that they enjoy caring for the little ones. I definitely recommend them.
