I have been taking my son to Dr Tam for a long time. Their staff and dentists are all great. From the time you walk in your greeted by a dental assistant who tells you what they will be doing. Great place with lots of activities for your children to enjoy while they wait.

A great experience every time we go! My girls love it & the staff is amazing!

Earlier this year, I was laid off unexpectedly with dental work on the schedule past the date in which my insurance would be active. I called the office desperate to get the work handled 2 weeks earlier than intended & they delivered. They worked so hard to accommodate an earlier appointment & I’ve never been more grateful to have a team dedicated to making sure my girls are taken care of on such a short notice. I appreciate everyone who makes sure all of their patients are well taken care of. I’ll never switch to another provider. They’re stuck with me til my girls are adults.

We had a wonderful experience here! My son was really nervous and the dentist had to do his cleaning, but he and the dental assistant were both very patient. My daughter has an oral birth defect and the dentist was very knowledgeable! Thank you Dr. Tam and Joanna.

On this latest visit the staff treated my daughter like she was 7 not 17. First, I guess it is their policy to have a parent be with a minor to check them in and then they told her that a parent needed to be there or it would be counted as a cancellation. Then my wife was told it’s 241 that’s over our 10 minute waiting period they needed to see if the Dr. could still see my daughter.
I usually have no input with staff as she goes in alone for her treatment,. Why am I there? Then staff would not talk to my daughter they spoke to me or my wife to schedule the next appointment. This is pathetic because my daughter knows her school schedule and extracurricular schedule better than we do. This happens each time. She is more responsible than most adults I see on a daily basis, yet staff will not treat her as nearly an adult. I had only a few choices with my insurance so I needed up here and it’s been a struggle.
