I am from out of state and was visiting the area for a work conference. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on very short notice and repair a damaged tooth. From the moment I walked in, the person at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and extremely understanding of my dental anxiety. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I’ve had enough of how this office operates. It’s extremely disorganized. I thought I found a good dentist, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

When I first visited this office, I specifically asked for details on what my insurance would cover for the services I needed. I followed up multiple times and was assured I’d receive an email, which never came. After the services were completed, I was blindsided by a large bill that I’m still paying off.

To make matters worse, I had an appointment scheduled for this month, which I confirmed multiple times. Then, I was informed they decided to close for the day before Thanksgiving without prior notice.

The lack of organization is unacceptable. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before choosing this office. They’ve lost my business.

Can’t recommend this place enough. The manager, Zahra, is the best! Nicest and most accommodating human. Super friendly and kind.

Dr. Wen was also beyond wonderful. She actually cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to educate with kindness and make sure you’re super comfortable and cared for and doing only what’s necessary.

Visited this place given the amazing reviews! However my experience here was poor. If you are wondering why this place has so many glowing reviews, because they literally ask you to review them when you visit asking you to do that in front of them. It gets hard to refuse

Dr Sajid is quite unfriendly, but more importantly my rating is because they quoted me needing worth $20,000 of out of pocket expenses and lots of dental work including root canals and filings. I visited a different dentist 6 months later and they said I don’t need any dental work, and the recommended work should be symptom based, and given I didn’t have any issues, I should be fine. It is appalling how Santa Clara family dental made up work I absolutely urgently had to do and were very pushy about getting follow up appointments scheduled. Avoid at all cost!

Exceptional Care and Service at Santa Clara Family Dental

Our family had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Santa Clara Family Dental, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the very first phone call to our appointments, every interaction reflected their commitment to exceptional service and care.

It all started with a call to schedule appointments for myself, my wife, Prathiba Ramachandramurthy, and our daughter, Supraja Sumanth. The front desk receptionist went above and beyond, even setting her lunch aside to assist us for nearly 25 minutes. She patiently created patient profiles for all three of us and worked diligently to find appointments that suited our busy schedules. Incredibly, she scheduled my daughter and me together on a Saturday afternoon and my wife for the very next day. Her cheerful and helpful attitude throughout the process was truly admirable.

When it came to our dental appointments, the experience exceeded all expectations. My wife Prathiba will share her own glowing review of her routine cleaning and checkup, but I must say that both my daughter Supraja and I were amazed by the quality of care.

Dr. Bagha and Venessa worked wonders with my daughter’s teeth. Supraja had a stubborn white plaque on her front teeth that we couldn’t remove, despite trying everything for weeks. Dr. Bagha and Venessa’s skill and precision removed it effortlessly, leaving her teeth sparkling clean—she now has teeth that could rival any beauty pageant contestant’s! During her routine checkup, Dr. Bagha was also quick to detect a dental cavity and took immediate action to ensure it was addressed early, preventing any complications or unnecessary procedures in the future.

For my own cleaning and checkup, Dr. Bagha and Venessa delivered a level of care and diligence that was unmatched. Without rushing, they performed a regular cleaning that matched or even surpassed the deep cleanings I’ve received from previous dentists. With 1000% confidence, I can say that you won’t find the meticulousness and diligence that Dr. Bagha and Venessa demonstrated anywhere else. The result? Sparkling, clean teeth and a fresh, rejuvenated mouth!

One might think writing such a long review would be a time-consuming, boring task. Writing reviews has never been my favorite or enjoyable activity. However, for this one, it was a pleasure. I felt genuinely happy, nice, and kind of enjoyed every moment of writing this review for Santa Clara Family Dental.
