My son and I were involved in a horrific situation where a wildfire took our home, his school, and our whole town- including the orthodontist office he had been going to. Michelle Gonzalez treated my son with compassion and care without a moments hesitation!
The trauma that we both had surrounding such loss and devastation was definitely lessened by the unconditional and immediate support shown by Michelle and her entire team.
We are forever grateful to Michelle for the wonderful work she did on my son's braces!!

I was scheduled for Tuesday but ended up showing up on a Monday when they were actually closed. ( my fault) but they were there and said that they could see me. Very happy for that!! They were very friendly and I was blown away by the 3D imaging they had to show what exactly they could do. Had an exam that was easy and thorough. Left there excited for the next process. I'd recommend this place!

Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are terrific — kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am from another state and was visiting family in San Rafael when my son’s orthodontic apparatus broke. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff were so understanding and compassionate. They squeezed us in that very afternoon and Dr. Gonzalez quickly and cheerfully fixed the problem. My son was nervous about going to this new orthodontist in an unfamiliar place, and Dr. Gonzalez made him feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Gonzalez’s cute little therapy dog also really helped. My son and I agreed that if we lived in Marin, we would definitely choose Dr. Gonzalez as our orthodontist. I later found out that Dr. Gonzalez is the orthodontist for my cousin’s child and they absolutely love her.

Michelle and her dedicated team of professionals have been such a pleasure to interact with through all the years of my daughters ortho treatment. My daughter was born with a severe overbite that Michelle was able to fix painlessly over time. And then she adjusted her teeth perfectly! Friendly, helpful, engaged... I just can’t recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. 5 stars!

The top it off her staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful ans her office in San Rafael is clean and conveniently located.
