They charged me a $25 per month late fee for a missed appointment. I left San Francisco way back in April 2023 and changed my phone number (this is a common thing to do). Their emails went to my spam folder, so I wasn't looking at them. Then comes the collection agency. They involved a collection agency for a missed appointment?! No thank you! Never deal with this dentist.
Dear dentist, you should have a better system of dealing with missed appointments. If patients don't confirm an appointment 1 week or days before, then they don't want to visit the dentist. How much money do you make on missed appointments? It must be half your income or more.

The entire team here is accommodating, professional and just amazing. Also the office always has a relaxing vibe and honestly I’m sleepy all the time while I’m there because it feels safe and cozy.

From the moment you arrive and the front desk always professional and has everything you need.

Then a quick way to the room and the feeling of respect and great customer service is part of this office and I love it!

Then Dr Kogan is always caring and looking for your best interest, I am very thankful I have him as a dentist and with his amazing team I know my teeth are in good hands.

PS. I love the collagen eye mask this is always a great plus when I come for my appointments!

A dentist visit normally doesn't pair well with the word 'pleasant.' But, my appointment experience was just that. Cecilia, the receptionist, gave me a warm welcome and explained what I should expect from the appointment.

Dr. Kogan was incredibly patient and friendly. He listened to my questions and gave me answers without any medical jargon, a sign of someone who truly mastered the craft.

I went in for a initial check-up that includes a general cleaning and x-ray. The whole procedure went very smoothly. (shout out to Gabriel and Chris!) From my experience, I am confident that my teeth are in good hands.

Dr. Kogan is an excellent dentist. He listens well and is good at reassuring patients who are afraid of the dentist. All the staff are very friendly. I like their extra services to make patients feel comfortable during their dental visit, such as having something to warm your neck, etc...

I had never been to a dental spa before this place and having an eye mask or a warm neck wrap on while getting a cleaning is a really nice touch haha. Every employee there treated me with kindness. The dentist was very informative and asked questions to learn about how best to assist me. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I felt safe and comfortable even while getting a filling because he and the dental assistant were very communicative. 5 stars!

This dentist is not for me. From my very first appointment he was extremely aggressive about treatment that I needed, while leaving little room for me to take time to consider it before proceeding. To me it felt like a money-grab and that he was forcing me into this so that I would pay as my insurance did not cover all of it. I did not like his tone / attitude and whenever he spoke with me it came off as very condescending and patronizing, treating me like a child. It felt like I was at the auto shop and they were telling me something was wrong with my car and forcing my hand into paying up. Additionally, they instruct you to use the hand sanitizer on your way out, which I find strange. Let's not forget about the $23 they charge you each time you go in for "airborne disease protection" - a fee you have to pay for them to have a clean practice. Ridiculous. The only positive from my experiences with this dentist was the receptionist, who was extremely kind, patient, and caring. Dental Spa's "lavender eye masks" do not make up for the doctor's bedside manner, and for that reason, I'm out.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have been going to the Dental Spa for years and always have enjoyed Dr. Kogan’s professionalism and honesty. Unlike many other Dentist that I have seen in my life, he never has recommended any unnecessary procedures
