I was terrified to get my remaining wisdom teeth removed. The first one that I got removed elsewhere was done improperly and I had to go to the ER to get the bleeding to stop. These remaining 3 done by Dr. Anderson didn’t even bleed as much collectively as that one did. Sutures have remained in place. Procedure was done quickly as well and the experience as a whole was relaxing. - Someone who abhors the dentist.

It took 6 months to get my apptmt for an extraction. Had to go through office manager, and Regina back and forth. The biller never gets back to you regarding response from insurance. They delayed getting paperwork to insurance for extraction. This went on for months! It was the day of my extraction and they still didn’t have paperwork correct for the insurance company. I had to get office manager involved, and still had to pay for meds to put me under for extraction. It is the 13th of December and I left numerous message's for the office manager to call get back to me and no call back. I was suppose to get reimbursed for having to pay to be put out during the procedure, and I haven’t yet. Just got letter from insurance that doctor didn’t put in the description that I needed to be put out for surgery This place is so frustrating to deal with. The day of my surgery we waited 2 hours before I had surgery which was crazy. I am a bit frustrated with this office and it’s staff in how they don’t call you back! This I would say is unprofessional not to acknowledge a call from a patient. After the surgery a couple days later we tried to get a hold of the surgeon. The office said call the number on the sheet that was given to us. Surgeon Paul Anderson didn’t get back to us until many days later. We called the office and a wonderful woman doctor helped us with our concerns. This procedure was a nightmare to say the least! I have yet to be called back by the office mgr about the letter I got from the insurance or about being reimbursed. The billing is still not right.
Second posting with no resolution from this office:
It is now January 7, 2025, and still have not received a call from the office Mgr about my claim. I have called and left 2 message for a call back about billing errors. I left another message today for the office mgr! They took $350.00 of my money the day of the surgery, and said they were going to work on the billing, because every time I get a denial letter from the insurance saying that the description does not say that it was a medical necessity to be put under for my extractions.
Dr. Baker you said in your response that you were going to look into this,. Well, we still are in the same place with no resolution! I would like my money back, and the billing needs to be done correctly! I have never in my life gone through this before with any medical dental office! So unprofessional to not be called back with any information by the Office Manager when I have left messages with your staff on the phone to have her call me back. Horrible patient services, and I wouldn’t recommend this office with the way they can’t even get their billing correct! Which prolonged my extraction to take place! I would like a call back Dr. Baker by your Office Manager with a resolution to this matter asap. Your staff is a reflection of your dental office, and the lack of not having competent staff who can do things right when billing or responding back to calls from a patient Is unbelievable!
January 9th, 2025 I received a call from a very rude Office Mgr Kathy, stating I have to go to my PCP and get a letter that I had anxiety and that is why I needed to be put under. My surgery for my extraction was so invasive that they sewed up the top of my roof of my mouth along with the extraction area being sewed up. I have pictures of the top of the roof of my mouth bring swollen and dark purple. I had sores in my cheeks of my mouth from the surgery. They are passing the buck and not coding this properly. Why can’t Dr. Paul Anderson the oral surgeon write a letter for the necessity of me being put under. There would be no way I could be up for that procedure and he said this too before the surgery. Now, they are making it my responsibility to get my PCP to write a letter. She wouldn’t let me talk on the phone call which was very rude and unprofessional. Now, I have to do their work for them, and they took my money too boot.

I truly do love the staff, treatments and care. However with much sadness I never got the treatment which is a crown on my tooth after having a root canal 9 -10 months ago. I have called many times to seek resolutions to only get a repsonse " referral still pending for approval" but my insurance says they filled their MPI on the form incorrectly causing it to not be approved. Unfortunately after some time again, I called again to be told they resubmitted my referral. Waited a a little while again and ended up callinf my insurance to find out if the referral was resubmitted, Medi Cal Dental insurance told me they didn't after looking through their records. After 9-10 months my root canal tooth has a hole and horrific pain. Which led me to look for a different dentist ASAP.

I recently had all four wisdom teeth extracted, I was very nervous but I didn’t feel anything, The anesthesia took longer to administer than the actual procedure, which was impressively quick. The doctor Anderson is great, I was in and out in under 30 minutes! without pain and the staff are nice too, service 5/5
