I had to reschedule my kid's appointment, and the soonest was 4 months. Was assured I was on a waitlist and that they would call me back but never got a phone call from them. I called 3x for an appointment. I am worried about my kid getting a cavity. Would not recommend.

Another dentist was pushing me to get two crowns and something didn't feel right. I reached out to the staff at San Dimas Family Dentistry to get a second opinion. I called them on Monday, had my exam on Tuesday, and had my fillings done on Wednesday. They told me that I didn't need the crown and had me in and out within 40 minutes. I obviously appreciated how quick they took care of me.

Most of all, I appreciated the thoughtfulness and respect that they gave me through every step of the process. I always try to go to privately owned practices to support small businesses and I am happy in this case I was taken care of. I don't see myself going anywhere else for as long as I am in the area.

The staff is always friendly, and the hygienists are wonderful. Dr Sawabini has done an excellent job with any procedure my husband and I have had. We loved the dentist we had before we moved to this area, but we’re confident that we found a dental team that we’ll visit for a long time.

I showed up for multiple appointments for myself and kids and was greeted by friendly staff and taken in for treatment immediately. From check in to X-rays, hygienist, and Dr. Sawabini, the entire team explained everything, and they had no issues with answering all of my questions. Dr. Sawabini is a knowledgeable dentist who provides excellent care and recommendations for all ages. Beautiful office, and they went above and beyond with covid precautions and impeccably clean office. Complimentary bottled water and coffee on the way out, and this was my best dental experience ever.

Everyone at San Dimas Family Dentistry is AMAZING! I recently had my crown done here by Dr. Nguyen and I was in and out within 2 hours in one visit. I didn't have to come back a second time since they have a machine that can make the crown in-office for you. Dr. Nguyen also did my veneers. They look beautiful and extremely natural. I love my new smile and will definitely recommend San Dimas Family Dentistry and Dr. Nguyen to my family and friends.

BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! I had another regular dentist I would see but it was a bit far from my work. I had excruciating pain in my jaw yesterday and needed to see someone right away. Dr Ramzi was willing to take me same day! He examined me figured out the issue. He instantly began working and here I am one day later and already feeling much better!!! Not only did he address the issue at hand but asked about a few other things he noticed and was able to fix a few other issues within just 15 minutes. I truly, truly would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! On top of the phenomenal dental work, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with everyone from the hygienist Jenna to Dr Ramzi and a few others. Very professional and very friendly. I felt like family and it was my first visit. Go see them!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. A perfect job for a crown with high technollogy, it took them less than two hours and it is perfect. Beautiful as the original molar. Dr. Sawabini was very gentle and nice, no pain at all. I will star taking my son here, it is worth it.

10/10 recommend going to this dental office. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and all the staff are super friendly and kind. I have been going to Dr. Sawabini for the past 15 years, and not once have I ever left disappointed. He is definitely someone you can trust and count on! After your first visit you wouldn’t want to go anywhere else because you would not be able to find better service than what this dental office provides!
