Kind, compassionate and competent professionals at Sala Dentistry. My husband and I spent several years searching for a dental practice that met our needs and we are willing to drive over an hour from out of state to benefit from their expertise and skill. As an individual who experienced previous dental trauma, the dentist and assistants were understanding and helped me make it through difficult procedures. We appreciate their willingness to take time and explain options as well as their transparency about costs and procedural concerns. Jason in billing and scheduling is very helpful in explaining costs and coverage and simply a polite and helpful person to work with. One sign of a healthy work environment is how the patient sees employees interact with each other. It is obvious at this practice that they work together as an efficient and caring team, and that reality translates into genuine caring about their patients. It is not often that I fill out evaluations on line, but I stand behind this one.

Dr. Ryan is amazing! He's a fantastic and knowledgeable dentist who's answers any question that you have and makes sure that you understand your child's oral health and treatment plan. He is also so patient and kind with my little one who is full of energy and loves to talk!

I had such a great first visit. They answered all of my questions with patience, went over all options, and walked me through exactly what would happen should I choose one or the other. It’s a clean practice, smelled fresh and hygienic and the staff seemed very knowledgeable! I’m pretty picky so that’s saying something.

So far so good. I am extremely fearful of the dentist and they treated me with such compassion. Not only that, but all my previous dental cleanings at other locations have always consisted of some sort of pain because I have extremely sensitive teeth, but my first cleaning here was painless and they gave me so many resources to keep my teeth healthy as well as to work on improve the sensitivity. Also, they have so many manageable ways to pay or save money without dental insurance. I drive over an hour to come here and I will be coming back to take care of the rest of my dental needs as well as my family’s.

The staff were very welcoming and kind, it was a lovely change from my previous dentist.I had a wonderful conversation with the dental hygienist, along with my dentist. They were very enthusiastic and efficient, as well as friendly, and flexible with my abilities to open my mouth. I’m very excited about my next appointment, and I deeply recommend this dentist.

The attention to detail that the staff has at Sala is amazing. They take extra steps that most dentist offices do not. They will walk you through all of the confusing things without you even asking and they all have a great sense of humor and great attitude. Melissa took really good care of me and came up with a plan of action that worked for me and was very gentle and personable. Jason took care of all my insurance needs and explained all my questions and broke down my out of pocket costs if there were any. He even took the extra step to walk me out! 5 stars! all around an amazing visit (:
