We’ve been bringing our sons to Sahouria Pediatric Dentistry for the past four years, and the experience has always been exceptional! Most recently, we had a last-minute tooth extraction appointment, and they gladly accommodated us without hesitation.

The staff is incredibly sharp, prompt, and friendly, making every visit smooth and stress-free. They handle procedures with great care and professionalism, ensuring that both kids and parents feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a dental office that consistently delivers such top-notch service, and we’re grateful to have found them!

We tried Sahouria after having a tough experience at another pediatric dentist’s office. My son has some sensory challenges and we had issues with gagging during the X-rays at the previous dentist. Dr. Sagouria was so gentle and kind, explaining everything and we were able to get a full exam and X-rays done easily and without any drama. I’m so glad we moved our son to this office and know his teeth are in great hands!

Everyone is great! Appointments are all handled as they are set up and very caring of all needs. Your in and out in no time (of course the check up is handled with care and patience And get asked for any concerns) They book you right away accordingly if you have a busy schedule. My son had his first visit today, and without a doubt, I’d recommend Sahouria to all my friends with kiddos. He’s a stubborn kid who was scared to come in and the staff were excellent with him and had him feeling comfortable in no time, especially Dr. Jamie. I’m surprised he even let her brush fluoride onto his teeth. Honestly, I’m 25 but I wish Dr. Sahouria could be my dentist.

I took my children to this dentist, and unfortunately, my insurance messed up, leaving me with an unexpected balance. When I tried to schedule another cleaning for my child, I was informed that my account had been sent to collections. I promptly paid the balance, but the office deemed me "untrustworthy," requiring me to pay upfront for every visit, with the promise that my insurance would reimburse me later.

Initially, I was told this would only last a few visits, but that was not the case. The office manager, Alex, was rude and informed me that this policy would be indefinite. Despite my frustration, I continued to go because my kids liked the dentist.

However, when my child fell sick and I had to reschedule, I was met with more issues. I was charged a $65 missed appointment fee because I didn’t cancel, despite my efforts to avoid bringing in a sick child. Alex was dismissive and showed no concern for my situation. I received a bill for the fee, along with a notice saying I was no longer welcome at the practice!

The inconsistency in their policies is baffling. I’ve seen other patients get charged different amounts for similar situations, which feels unfair and arbitrary. The overall customer service has been rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. If you're looking for a caring and consistent dental practice for your kids, I suggest you look elsewhere. Read all their one star reviews.

Today I brought my son here for his first teeth cleaning (he is a little older as he was born with cleft lip and palate and was always terrified of the dentist since his surgeries) and the dentist was so sweet to him and explained everything to him so he wasn’t to scared. We will be back in 6 months and he left feeling more brave for future visits! Thank you!

I am so pleased with all of the service we received at our sons dentist appointment today. The check-in process was seamless and the staff member working. The front desk was so polite. The dentist herself was so patient with my little one and her assistant was amazing. The office is clean and kid friendly. If you’re looking for a great pediatric dentist in Sonoma County, this is the place for you!
