This dental office visit on January 29th, around 9-9:30 AM, was a bait-and-switch experience that left me feeling utterly scammed and disrespected. I specifically confirmed my insurance coverage prior to the appointment and was told I had "full coverage," which any reasonable person would interpret as meaning no out-of-pocket expenses. Imagine my shock and frustration when, upon arrival, I was abruptly informed of a copay.

Instead of a simple apology for the miscommunication, I was met with dismissive and frankly rude behavior from the front desk staff. One staff member, easily identifiable by the numerous earrings they were wearing, even had the audacity to tell me I could just leave if I didn't want to sign the treatment plan. This wasn't a helpful clarification; it was a blatant display of arrogance and a complete disregard for patient care.

This office clearly employs individuals who lack the basic etiquette and customer service skills necessary to interact with patients, especially in potentially stressful situations. Their dismissive attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. It's appalling that someone in a patient-facing role would treat people with such disrespect.

The lack of transparency regarding billing and the appalling customer service experience completely overshadowed any potential quality of dental care. Word of mouth is a powerful thing, and this experience has ensured I will be sharing my negative feedback far and wide. If this is how they treat patients at the front desk, I shudder to think how they operate in the treatment rooms. Prospective patients, beware: this office's claim of "full coverage" is misleading, and their staff's behavior is utterly unacceptable. Management needs to seriously re-evaluate their hiring practices and provide immediate coaching to their staff on customer service and accurate representation of insurance benefits.

They are led by dentist Dr. Bath who is incredibly skillful and supportive. She has replace a crown for me and installed one implant and both have turned out perfect.
