The staff was very friendly and professional, and they accommodated my cleaning the same day as my initial visit (which was not scheduled for that day). Dr. Castro was awesome! Great dental experience. After being with my same dentist for 15 years it was hard to move to a new practice. This has been a wonderful experience. I live 300 miles away so to get all my work done on the first visit was incredible. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only thing I’d do over is not forget my new patient mug that they gave me.

I highly recommend Sacramento Dentistry Group on E Street !! I have been going there for over 7 years. The dentist I have been seeing is Dr. Castro. EVERY SINGLE staff member has given me the most professional and friendly service! My recent appointment in December required x-rays. Dara made sure that each photo was quick and as comfortable as possible. And, she was SO FRIENDLY!

The Admin and billing department at this dental office has been difficult to work with, frequently adding unexpected charges even after payments have been made. They truly only care about how much money they can get out of you.

Additionally, the quality of dental work has been disappointing. A crown I received did not last two years, whereas a previous one from a different dentist lasted over a decade. The office did not stand behind their work and required me to pay $1,500 out of pocket for a replacement.

I’m in the process of filing a grievance against this dental office.

It’s unfortunate because the dental hygienist I’ve seen here for several years has been exceptional.

If you’re searching for a reliable dental office with staff that actually care about you, I recommend looking elsewhere, as my experience here has been highly unsatisfactory.
