I was looking for a new dentist in my area and saw this practice accepted my insurance and were accepting new patients. From just calling the office, to filling out paperwork, to my actual visit…they actually CARE about you! AND they have TVs in the treatment rooms to ease your mind! All the techs were amazing and the Doctor was the sweetest! Highly recommend this office. Telling everyone!

You guys...Dr Nguyen is so good that I fly out from Colorado to see him! He fixed a shoddy filling (from another dentist) and has been doing an amazing job on my teeth ever since! His staff is also wonderful and kind. I especially love that they have never, ever tried to upsell me on anything or pressure me into any procedures. It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

i am certified fraud specialist and in my opinion this provider is engaged in fraud via bait and switch tacics. BEWARE!!!!! All of the followimg is based upon my experieces and dealings with Dr. Nguyen. From everything i have seen and experienced Dr. Nguyen is extremely unethical and tries to obtain patients through lies, trickery and deceit by intentionally lying to customers looking for a new local dentist. For Dr. Nguyen, he believes he does not need to honor contracts that he has legally agreed to. Dr. Nguyen thinks he is above the law and just says "sorry" after he has delayed needed treatment for over a year so he can weasel his way out of things he is legally obligated to do. Currently one of the largest insurance companies is looking into Dr. Nguyen for claims of breach of contract, failure and unwillingness to provide contracted services and intentionally lying to customers in order to obtain more business.

It appears that some of Dr. Nguyen's reviews could be fictious, as a further way to obtain quick high margin business at the cost of telling patients "sorry" when he refuses to do low margin work needed later on.

Dr. Nguyen should be ashamed of himself, however he is not as he feels no obligation to honor his word even when it is in a written contract.

Dr. Nguyen, or Vu as he will tell most people to call him, is such a kind & gentle spirit; you even feel it through his dental work. I moved to the east coast about 3.5yrs ago (Washington DC area & then to the Tampa, FL area), & I STILL travel back to Cali to be seen by Vu! Not to mention, now my husband also travels with to exclusively be seen & treated by Vu! He goes above & beyond to make sure you're comfortable & experiencing the least amount of pain! In long winded short fashion, Dr. Vu Nguyen is worth EVERY penny of expense for his services & then some!

Well i been to the dentist a few times and let me just say this about Rossmoor Family Dentistry. I was very pleased with my Deep Cleaning Doctor Vu is awesome when it comes down to his work and he takes the time to explain in detail what was done to you. Ive never had a cleaning so well done. that's because most other dentist just gave me the run around and i never got what i wanted and never quality work. I don't have insurance but they have a great financial aid called care credit, this helped me get my treatment paid for. I was blessed in finding this humble place!! The staff are amazing and enjoy their job while always caring about the patient. This Dentistry is a real upgrade unlike the corporations. This office dedicates themselves into actually HELPING YOU! Now I'm waiting to get braces and I hope I could comment on Dr. Duc (whose doing my Braces for me) about my experience once I finish. I'm happy to say I've finally found a permanent Dental Office.

I appreciate this dentist office. First they have gotten my husband to regularly go to the dentist. Second they were willing to fit my father in to a full schedule for an emergency visit on a Saturday eventeven he was not a current patient. My father's own dentist would not do the same because their schedule was full on a Saturday. They were even willing to tell him how to deal with the pain in the mean timeptime. Professionalism of the office manager is appreciated. In general I would think this should be normal operations of a dentist office, but compared to the other dentist they shined.

One of a kind!
When I tell my friends and colleagues that I've got a great dentist, many reply that they have a "pretty good" one to. I tell them, "maybe so, but mine is "great" and I'll put him up against any other dentist you can find".
I am not too proud to say that before finding Dr. Vu five years ago, it had been 15 years since anybody could get me to go to the dentist. Call me "chicken" but I've always had a problem with other people using power tools inside my head.
From the moment he greets you until you get out of the chair, it is very clear that patient comfort is his number one concern. He is also incredibly focused on the "task at hand". With the exception of a couple minutes to let the Novocain take effect, Dr. Vu has not left my side throughout any procedure. He takes the time to explain the procedure in detail before beginning. He also asks and answers any questions relevant to the visit.
The office is very clean and well-equipped with obvious attention to customer satisfaction. The staff is also very friendly and must realize they are privileged to work for such an exceptional Dentist.
If there were such a thing as a "Master" dentist, Dr. Vu would be at the top of the list.

We came to this dentist because it was local. We were so happy we made the change and left our former dentist because this dentist is the best! When making appointments they are very prompt, friendly and accommodating. From the moment you check in at the front desk to the time you leave they keep you at ease. I love it! I hope they stay around for a long time.
