My first time at this dental office and I will definitely be returning. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming as soon as I arrived as if they had known me. I was running late due to heavy traffic from freeway construction but they were accommodating of time when I called with my ETA. Both my hygienist and dentist were incredibly friendly, informative and thorough. If you are like me and have had bad experiences with your current or former dentist, I’d recommend giving the Roseville Family Dental Care office a call to book your next visit as they were able to put my nerves to rest and gave me reassurance in my dental health future. Received several confirmation text message requests after having confirmed. Received several back to back phone calls confirming transportation for an adult family member. While I appreciate the diligence and understand the need to confirm, it was overkill and very intrusive. Please take a look at your automated messaging and make sure that when an appointment is confirmed, it shows that it is confirmed and stops sending multiple messages. This survey was sent to me when I wasn't the individual that attended the appointment- my adult family member had the appointment and they should be completing this survey.

I have never adopted to any one dental place because I am as scared about my teeth and have had trust issues with billings. But finally sticking to this one. Really friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Kaur is amazing just like everyone else in there, gentle and caring. They work with you regarding how you want to manage your dental work together with insurance coverage. Switched my whole family here!!! I am not as much scared now and ready to finish up my list of dental work to get done which I have been skipping for so many years. Oh best part from yesterdays over 2 hours of appointment, went to sleep with zero pain and woke up as if nothing happened.

The dentist and Invisalign treatment were great, but I was frustrated of the lack of communication and transparency in the billing process. I had my Invisalign treatment at this office in 2022-2023. My treatment lasted 10 months and I thought the rest of the Invisalign bill should be covered by my dental insurance. What I didn’t know was that the dental office billed my insurance for a 16-month-treatment and I changed my dental insurance in 2024. In spring 2024, I received a call from this office asking me to pay for the rest of Invisalign bill (roughly $700) due to the expired dental insurance coverage and to pay them ASAP before they send my bill to collections. I asked them about the length of my treatment they submitted to my insurance, but was told that information is no longer available and I can only get it from the insurance company. I had to make numerous calls to the insurance company to find out the details of my treatment length and how much money has been paid to the dental office. Finally, I was told either the dental office needs to resubmit the claim for a 10-month treatment or the insurance company needs to reprocess the claim as 10-month treatment. I went with the second option and my dental insurance eventually paid about $100 to the dental office to cover the last portion of my Invisalign balance. If I never reached out to my dental insurance and found out details of the dental claim, I would have to pay $700 out of my pocket for a bill I don’t owe due to an incorrect treatment length submitted.
