Our family loves coming to Roseville Dental Center. I feel at ease with high quality dental care and treatments recommended by the dental care team. The office staff is knowledgeable in treatment plans and maximizing insurance coverage. I have never had such a thorough annual exam and biannual treatment, as I did today and came away thinking about how much better this Dental Center is than my previous one for the past 20 years. I received personalized treatment recommendations that no other dentist had mentioned before. We look forward to many more years at this facility

Dr Kaur is amazing. I have had such anxiety taking care of my teeth it has prevented me from doing what was needed for year's but Dr Kaur has been so understanding and caring that she has made this experience absolutely wonderful. Now just a few trips in and I’m almost done! The back staff have all been wonderful. The front desk staff is especially fantastic with how kind they are getting you in for an appointment, notifying you of all the costs/potential costs and always willing to help. I am truly lucky to have found Roseville Dental Center.

My old hygienist would scrape my teeth until it was raw and bleeding. The one here in this clinic was thorough and it didn’t hurt at all. The Dentist was very nice too. I also had good conversations with the front desk and all other staffs there. You would have to be a little patient though because there are limited staff. I don’t mind because even when I went to a big dental clinic, I still had to wait anyways. It’s manageable and the free drinks also help too haha.

I went to have a tooth extracted. The staff at the clinic was polite, but apparently the doctor had little experience, leaving parts of the tooth roots. As I was told, at another clinic, after the extraction, a control X-ray was not taken. No antibiotic was prescribed. I had to go back to another clinic, where they opened my gum again. I also want to note that the prices for services at this clinic are inflated. I do not recommend it.

Easy in-and-out service, has a comfortable waiting area with a clean bathroom as well. Have had routine cleanings and cavity fillings here and every experience has been great with zero hiccups or complaints. There was a time I had trouble with my insurance information and they were very willing and patient with me as well.

I am a new patient but my experience so far has been that Dr. Kaur and all her staff are very professional and kind. From the front office (Gina), hygienist (Carole), Dr. Kaur and the dental assistants have all been great. I have recently been experiencing dental anxiety due to a bad experience at another office and Gina and Dr. Kaur were so helpful with finding a treatment plan that worked for me to have a root canal performed. I would not have been able to do it without their help and I did not have to spend thousands on iv sedation as was suggested to me. I am now moving all my dentistry needs to this office. Thank you!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
My husband saw Dr. Kar back in June because of a loose tooth. She examined him and determined that he needed to have an implant done.. he made the appointment for it, and due to the cost was told by front office lady Gina, that it could be split up into 4 payments once a month..he explained to them that due to his work being very rapid and unexpected at times that his appointments could potentially have to be changed due to his work. Dr. Kar stated that due to that for him to call the day of when he was available to see if they could get him in. Fast forward to December, he was able to take time off of work and make an actual appointment for the procedure to be done, since all other attempts to get it done have failed on the office end. His appointment was scheduled for Dec 30th which was the only time they had available, and he also needed to use up his benefits. They called us today December 27th to confirm the appointment but to also tell him that the cost went up over 600$ due to insurance (supposedly) and that on Monday he would have to pay 1000$ upfront and the remaining balance in 30 days.. this was not what we had discussed with them yesterday. I asked Gina who is very rude constantly to speak to Dr. Kar. I waited for the phone call back and when she did call she was very rude as well. She kept saying they had bills to pay of their own, that it is their policy for only two months of payments, and she then asked us if we had the care credit card that they accept that!! This place only cares about money which was made abundantly clear by the dentist office. She then tried to put blame on my husband for waiting, when he could never get in prior. Avoid this place at all costs!

Love the personal care I received from Dr Kaur. Gina at the front desk was so helpful with my situation and has excellent people skills. I finally found a dentist i can trust!!

Roseville Dental Center i highly recommend. Dr Kaur explains everything so no surprises.She actually cares for her patients
and is gentle. I've had very bad experience with Walergra dental and Western dental. Gina at the front desk is awesome and very professional. I've had to change my plan going forward 4 times and each time she was kind and helpful. I give Roseville dental a 5 star rating and 100% stand behind them.
