The Long Beach RootVision Endo office is always thoroughly clean. D.D.S. Sagong has mild-mannered confidence in his high quality endodontics skills. I needed two root canals. With Dr Sagong's professional dental competency and a break in between, he completed both teeth within 30 minutes. My gratitude goes out to RootVision Endo T.E.A.M. and especially to you, Mark.

I absolutely hate the dentist, but this place makes going as pleasant of an experience as possible. The staff are friendly, the office is clean and modern. Dr Sagong displays professionalism and confidence alongside his fantastic bedside manor. I had absolutely no concerns at all letting him drill my teeth. The Office Manager Rocio also deserves a big shout-out for helping me understand my bill and insurance, and for taking the time to treat me like an actual person. I'm disappointed this place can't be my routine dentist. I highly recommend RootVision Long Beach for anyone needed an Endo.

I went in today for my first root canal and was extremely nervous about the pain typically associated with this procedure. Mark at the front desk was very helpful guiding me through insurance matters as well as preparing me for possible scans and treatments that I might need prior to my visit. I really appreciated the thoroughness and transparency. The office is very modern, spacious and clean. Technology looks modern and new. Michelle walked me through my X-rays and what was going to be done. Dr Sagong also explained what he was going to work on and allowed me to ask any questions. He is kind and has a calming demeanor which is very important to me. As for the procedure, I was blown away at how straightforward, quick and painless it was! Wow! You can tell Dr Sagong's expertise by his precise movements and "soft hands." Michelle worked seamlessly beside him. Thank you to the team for the all around exceptional experience!

Had 2 root canals done (1 new and 1 retreat). Mark at front staff was awesome explained to me all my options. Tech was awesome too wish I got her name. Doctor was great, fast, and efficient. I had no pain at all! Should’ve came here in the first place, prices were very affordable. Half of what these other places were charging.

This is a great place to go take care of any root canal care. The front office team was very professional, friendly and understood my needs. I had to have x-rays and I was having a hard time but the staff was patient and did great on not rushing me. Dr. Sagong was also very professional, examining and providing me with solutions to my concerns. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have had several procedures done at this clinic and I would not choose anywhere else. I’ve been to many other places for root canal and this place did several things that made it much more pleasant for me. They had a device that held my jaw open, which made a huge difference. And something to keep things from falling down my throat, which nobody else ever did before.

Importantly I trust them not to try and sell me things I don’t need. They do a really great job and I will always come here.
