Whoever is in charge of running this office should be ashamed at the way their staff treats patients. Dr. Rojas is probably a good dentist but because he has staff members that don’t know how to self regulate their behavior or treat people with courtesy his office will have a tarnish to the name. I will never recommend this office to anyone and I will share of my experience where necessary just so that others don’t experience the same thing. Shame on you female receptionist. You should be ashamed to represent your doctor in the manner you did. You need to find your manners.

UPDATE: when the call was placed to the office I specifically stated who I was and that I was calling on behalf of the potential patient as they weren’t familiar with how to do that on their own. As soon as I stated they had state funded insurance her tone of voice changed and she became very snotty. The “I’m better than you” tone started and she became short with “call the number on the back of her card, I don’t know what to tell you.” This was after advising her that was why I was calling because their office is listed as the only provider for 25 miles. For the receptionist to respond to the review calling me the patient when she knew I wasn’t shows her arrogance and willingness to be dishonest so that it fits her narrative. Stating the type of insurance the potential patient has in an effort to shame her is disgusting. This office is dishonest and unprofessional and gives validity to my review. I’m so glad my family member didn’t end up here.

If I could get them zero stars I would. Super unprofessional, they have the reception is telling you one thing and the dentist telling you another and they do not ever get it together. It happened more than once with my first appointment. They only do extractions. Even if the dentist tells you otherwise. Save yourself the time and find somewhere better.
Responding to your post. Thanks, you told me when I was checking out.I can pay 550 dollers for my Crown.The first day and then when you got the crown in to deliver it I would pay another five hundred. If you're going to respond make sure that you remember what you're telling people because it makes you look really dumb.
