Everyone here is absolutely amazing!! The dr the staff they are attentive to everything. You will not feel a single injection from the shots. He takes his time and I promise you will walk away happy. They screwed up my appointment time, luckily I was able to make it in. They prepped me for a root canal, numbed me up and left me in the chair for an hour. The numbing agent wore off in that time. I am highly sensitive to novocain and I get very jittery and feel awful. I told them this information, but I know it works the best so I dealt with it. (There is an alternative but it really doesn’t work that well) It was hard for me. My whole body tingled and my hands got shaky, but I got through it. I knew they were going to have to do it again because it wore off in that time by like 85% and I couldn’t handle that, so I left. Apparently there was a complication with the procedure before me, but no one communicated with me. I had to get up and walk to the front desk to ask. They told me to sit down and offered me a glass of water I waited 10 more minutes (over an hour in total) before I left. I’m still in pain, nothing got done, they didn’t offer me another appointment or call me after I left . I had to call them to make sure I was refunded. I spoke with Art when I called and he said “oh, I was going to call you but you seemed pissed so I wanted to let you cool off for a while”

Oh, there were also ants in the room where they made me wait.

I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct. From someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done, this was disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend them.

Myself and my family have been going to Rocky dental for years, never had a bad experience. Office is clean and staff is friendly! I love that my cleanings get scheduled with the same hygienists, makes is comfortable, and mine is the sweetest!

I’m always treated like Royalty when scheduled for appointment. There is no long waiting time once I’ve checked in. There is aways a smiling and cheerful technician who greets me with a smile. I’m told what they will be doing whatever that is a cleaning or adding a crown. I’m always very comfortable and pleased with the finished work. Great place, and I recommend having your dental needs preformed here.
