Dr. Chiang helped repair one of my lower incisors that I had accidentally chipped at work and he did such an incredible job! I had started to feel self conscious staring in the mirror every day missing my old familiar smile and I am beyond happy with the repair results. He matched the color and shape perfectly, offered numbing if I felt like it’d make me more comfortable (p.s. it was not painful one bit, score!), recommended to reach out if there was anything that may need tweaking and overall had made my whole experience and visit a wonderful one (as did the rest of the staff both front and back of house!). Thank you Dr. Chiang and crew for all the wonderful work you do for your patients. ❤️

Well, I don't like having people putting sharp stuff in my mouth and mucking around in there. But since it has to be done, might as well go to a clean place with kind folks who know what they're doing and who do it well. There is a bit of a lack of dancing girls, but other than that, this is a great dental office.
The music sucks. Why is the standard for dental offices to play really crappy music on crummy little speakers stuck in the ceiling that sound awful? I've heard quality speakers that were tiny, and there is an abundace of wonderful music to play.

A few years ago, I came to Dr. Chiang's office as a new patient with a dental emergency, and I was immediately impressed by the level of care and professionalism I received.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by the front office staff, who efficiently checked me in and ensured I was comfortable in the waiting area. When I was called back, the dental assistant welcomed me with a smile and guided me to the examination room, where Dr. Chiang introduced himself and asked about my comfort level before proceeding.

Dr. Chiang's bedside manner was truly remarkable. He thoroughly examined my teeth, explaining the situation and the necessary treatment plan in a clear and concise manner. His gentle touch and attentiveness to my needs put me at ease, and the local anesthetic injection was completely painless. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Chiang regularly checked in to ensure I was doing well, making me feel cared for and valued as a patient.

After the treatment was complete, I was directed to the dental hygienist, who provided the most pleasant and pain-free cleaning I have ever experienced. The hygienist was kind and informative, taking the time to educate me on proper oral hygiene practices.

When it was time to check out, the front office staff were once again incredibly helpful, providing me with detailed instructions and a complimentary bag of dental supplies. I continued to return to Robert Y Chiang, DDS, INC for several years, and the level of care and attention I received was consistently exceptional.

Unfortunately, when I moved out of the area, I had to find a new dental practice, and the experience was quite traumatic in comparison. Desperate for the level of care I had received at Robert Y Chiang, DDS, INC, I made the 1 hour commute back to the practice in February to seek treatment for a dental issue.

I cannot recommend Dr. Chiang and his team highly enough. They are not only exceptionally skilled professionals, but they genuinely care about their patients' well-being.
