Wow, Dr. Bob is the best! Today I had a cap replacement started on a live tooth by him and it was a breeze - the easiest one I've ever had done. I had concerns about the anesthetic, and he whipped up just the right formula to keep me comfortable but not over-numbed. His assistant Sylvia and Ilene at the front desk are both wonderful, too. Everyone in Dr. Bob's office is really excellent at what they do and I feel safe and comfortable there. If I try to analyze how he does it, what it is that makes the experience so much better than the dentists I've had before, I think he's just in his wheel house in that job, very experienced, knowledgeable, excellent at what he does, and a very caring, gentle dentist.

I can't say enough about Dr. Bob and his staff - they are the BEST!! I started going there and then got my whole family in. The office feels very comfortable and friendly, the people treat you like you're part of their family. Dr. Bob has a gentle manner and a great sense of humor. If you've had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, you need to check out Dr. Bob Gilbaugh and his office!

I love Dr. Gilbaugh's office, for how compassionate they are with my ridiculously sensitive mouth. They're very patient and kind, and I've never felt like they thought my sensitive mouth was silly, even when I can't believe how sensitive it is. I left another office to come here because of how rough they were with cleanings, and I haven't had that issue since coming to Dr. Gilbaugh's office. I've been with them for over 10 years and hope to be with them for many more!
