He’s been amazing to my daughters. He is gentle and kind. When we had to find a new doctor my older daughter was nervous but now she is comfortable with him. My baby is all smiles when she sees him. Highly recommend him

Dr. Schall is a very poor quality doctor and you are better off not seeking medical advice from him. If you are not the patient he will refuse to hear out your opinion about your loved one. If I was a parent I would never take my children here because your concerns would be dismissed. Also, if he deems something “out of his control” he will not help you nor direct you to a specialist who can. It’s sad how he is knowingly dismissing concerns and key signs that individuals need medical help.

Dr.Schall is not someone I would recommend if you actually want help. He does not believe mental health is a medical issue he should have to deal with. He only wants to provide “medical treatment and advice” even though he is a primary care physician whose duty is to treat all illnesses including mental illnesses. All he will do is tell you to get a therapist but give absolutely no recommendations, referrals, or resources to find one. He should have his medical license revoked! We live in 2025 where mental health should be made a priority, our doctors should do better. Dr. Schall should do better for all his patients if he continues to be a practicing physician.

If you are able to get a doctor elsewhere I would! Dr. Schall does not have the capacity nor care to give you the proper assistance you need. From my experience he send you home without a proper plan of care, referrals, or recommendations you may need. The fact that the number listed on google no longer is working is a major red flag to me 🚩 I highly recommend avoiding this doctor and finding someone else if possible!!

I would NOT recommend this doctor 🚫❌ If you are having any mental health issues or crisis you will not get the treatment or medical advice you need. You will not get the referrals, plan of care, or recommendations you need. There is a reason appointments are easy to book. Avoid this office at all costs!! If you or a a loved one are going here I would go elsewhere and save your money!!

Left work 2.5 hours early, with instructions to call ahead. I called and got a message that “they are currently busy”. Which I took that they were open, because “they are busy”. Drove the 1 hr from my work to Hillsdale to see a sign that they were closed. There was a disgruntled lady with her son, with an actual appointment, that wasn’t even called. She also tried calling.

How about have your message say you are closed instead of just busy. Too much to ask, eh?

Very gentle with my 1 year old. Have taken my baby here since he was born and Dr. Schall has always had such gentle caring hands when treating him. They have always been quick to get my son in on the same day if he was sick, always making room in the schedule. I have even seen Dr. Schall myself. Would recommend as a family doctor.
