Dr. Jacobs and his team run a very tight ship and provide an excellent experience on every aspect from the scheduling, greeting, hygienic work, and overall care. Dr. Jacobs is an amazing dentist, and all the staff are very knowledgeable and give in depth answers to any questions related to care or procedures. Dr. Jacobs and his staff are incredibly friendly as well, striking up conversations making the visit more personal. I seriously hated getting dental work done in the past, and this team has made me a dedicated convert for my own dental care. The dentist office was somewhere at the top of my list of places i dread on having to go to. More than the doctors, more than jury duty, even more than having to go to work on a holiday. But dr. Jacobs and his staff made my experience over this past year not only tolerable, but while watching the fast progress evolving with my dental hygiene and aesthetics it actually became somewhat enjoyable. Dr. Jacobs and his highly confident staff are truly the best team in town.

Dr. Jacobs and his staff are beyond wonderful! My first visit was a month ago for my toothache. I had an abscess and needed four teeth pulled. My previous tooth-pulling experiences with other dentists had not gone well. Dr. Jacobs was so careful and took his time. Melissa and Lucy have amazing bedside manner making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure! The front office staff Val, Bee, and Monze are so welcoming and made me feel right at home. This office is off the charts and provides such quality care! I have never experienced this much care and interest in the patient. Andy is a financial wizard and helped me be able to afford treatment. I got a super thorough cleaning with the hygienist and her assistant Hailey is so sweet and skilled. Any questions I had were answered and made me feel confident I am in capable hands. If you’re looking for quality care at reasonable prices this is the place. You will be greeted with a genuine welcome and know that you’re cared for.
