After my father was released from the hospital today I went here to get his Medicine there was some issues with his insurance and the gentleman working named Matthew was so sweet to me he took his time explaining what the issue was and did all get could to get us any applicable discounts. He was really amazing and super helpful at a time I was really stressed I appreciate him and he needs to be recognized for his great customer service Thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Pharmacist is rude. I just talked to him and he gave me an attitude because he’s not doing his job. They take 2 or more days to get prescriptions filled, even if they are sent in by the provider early in the morning. Why does it take so long to put a sticker on a medication?! I don’t think all of Shafter is sick on the same day. If I’m sick, how am I supposed to get well if I can’t get the prescription filled to take the medicine?!?! This place is a joke! Go somewhere else.

The pharmacist employees here are disrespectful & rude! They are very unprofessional! They are horrible at communicating and have you wait at the drive thru for 30 minutes and ignore you at the window I called the Shafter pharmacy rite no one picks up the phone.

Convenience of it being in town is the only reason to go here. When your sick you don't want to have to drive to get your meds . I understand some people can be difficult but don't be rude to those not doing so. Please like just be kinder

Apparently they don’t take reviews seriously because all the staff in the pharmacy are rude and like all the other reviews you need to wait for at lest 30 minutes in the drive tru and only to be greeted with an attitude, not smart Rite aid will take my business elsewhere.

It Took them all day to give me my medication , I don’t know if they have new employees or what . They were never like this . I work in health care so I understand the rush and wait but more than 3 hours is unacceptable and not answering the phones and hanging up the phone on me 2x . Very unprofessional .

I always have great always been a very smart person and everything that he does he helped me through school him and his brother and a friend of mine I would have never made it thanks Ruben customer service and what makes it nice is Ruben was raised in this area he knows everybody I know how it goes when you're raised here 50 love you and 50 don't I grew up with him and he's a great human being very smart
