I was going to Dr. Creaghe when I worked in San Rafael. I live in San Francisco. While I have a new job in SF I have still continued to see Dr Creaghe even though my new dental insurance is out of network. Super staff, very thoughtful and knowledgeable dentist. State of the art equipment. Even when he numbed me for a procedure recently, I could not feel the needle!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worse experience / waste of money !
For some reason, Dr Creaghe could not get the color nor the shape right for 2 crowns he wanted to replace. I ended up going to a different dentist to redo all the work Dr Creaghe had done.

When I first moved to Marin and did not have a dentist I had a dental emergency and found Dr. Creaghe online. They let me make a same-day appointment and they treated my condition in a courteous and professional manner. Now he is my regular dentist. Dr. Creaghe and his staff are caring, friendly and professional which makes for a very pleasant experience. I do not have any complaints with the work done at this office, on the contrary, I have been impressed by the amount of care and attention to detail that goes into every visit. At every cleaning Dr. Creaghe takes the time to review my file and check-in about the general status of my dental health. Whenever I've had any procedure more complex than a cleaning, Dr. Creaghe has personally called me to check up on me and to see if any follow-up care may be required. Allison at the front desk is a joy to interact with and she is excellent and timely with reminders of upcoming visits. The office is well-equipped and comfortable with excellent, relaxing views of Mt.Tam. The overall package makes this one of the nicer dentist experiences primarily because it feels as if you received a quality service from professionals that care about you and take pride in what they do.

Let me start this review by stating that Dr. Richard Creaghe is not just my dentist, he is also a personal friend. I tell this in the interest of full-disclosure, to lend credibility to the honesty of my review, and to provide insight beyond what other patients will see. As a dentist, Dr. Creaghe has been treating me and my family for close to ten years.

In my younger years, I followed my job to many different parts of the country. As a result, I've had the experience -- and sometimes the misfortune -- of being treated by many different dentists over the years. Of all the dentists, Dr. Creaghe is by far the most skilled, the most knowledgeable, and the most professional (he's also the only dentist I've ever known who makes a personal follow-up phone call to every patient at the end of the day). I am basing my opinions not only on my own experiences as his patient, but also from my observing him care for other patients while I'm being attended to by the hygienist. I should also mention Dr. Creaghe's staff: they are all competent, professional, and friendly.

As Richard's friend, one thing that I am privy to is his passion for dentistry, even outside his practice. Unlike many dentists who treat dentistry as just a job (and whose skills stagnate after leaving dental school), Dr. Creaghe actually "lives" his profession. While all dentists licensed in California are required to complete 50 hours of continuing education every 2 years, Dr. Creaghe spends many weekend days in training seminars, attending far more than the required minimum. He does this to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques, procedures, and dental technologies. Often when Richard and I meet outside of work, he will enthusiastically tell me about some of the newest developments in dentistry. As I said, Dr Creaghe is passionate about his profession! Another thing I am privy to is the amount of money Dr. Creaghe invests every year to keep his practice current with the latest and most advanced equipment (like his new "filmless" digital x-ray machines), as well as amenities to ensure that patients have a comfortable, and even enjoyable, experience.

Dr. Creaghe and his staff are always wonderful and accommodating. They are all knowledgeable, personable, and really listen to you. I went in yesterday to get a filling worked on and also got my teeth cleaned. I have been going to Dr. Creaghe for a few years now and it was another great experience with him and his staff.
