Regional Dental Center

My children have been seeing Dr. Joley for over a year. She is amazing and so is her staff. They always make my children feel welcomed and comfortable. She listens to your concerns and does her best to accommodate each child. There is no judgement and I feel she enjoys seeing my children as much as they love her. All my children ages 2-12 have had procedures done and they went above and beyond each time. We have a family history of allergic reactions to certain medications and they took great care with each of my children. I would not go anywhere else and preferred Joley would treat my children instead of being outsourced and am so glad I did.

When I moved to jville 3 years ago I started using this office for my teenage daughters dental needs and I'm so happy that I did. Up until this last visit 2 days ago she'd always been seen in the back where children are seen bc she was under 18. I never had a bad experience with them but in all honesty the ladies and the female dentist weren't rude but not what u expect from adults who are dealing with kids. The two ladies who sit behind the checkout desk seem to care more about talking to eachother than to the patient & their family. This last visit my daughter was 18 & for the 1st time got to be seen up front with the adult patients & let me tell you I was extremely impressed with the difference in the whole experience! The staff was very kind & polite and the dentist was also. I wanna give a shout out to Stephanie the dental hygienist, she was super helpful, answered any questions we had giving us her full attention & kept a smile on her face the whole time we were there! I would recommend the adult side(in front after u walk in) to anybody! Anyone who follows me on here knows I don't just hand out 5☆ reviews, it's very rare that I'll give 5 stars, ever. So if I give 5 stars I can assure you it was very much earned & if you do decide to go in for a visit & you see a pretty lady with short blonde hair & a smile on her face, that's Stephanie, as a matter of fact if you look at the first picture up above the reviews that were posted by the dentist office she is in the very first one with another employee & they are making a heart with their hands( shes the smiling lady on the left) maybe you'll get lucky enough to have her as your hygienist bc she's the best one there in my opinion!!

Yesterday (5/2/2024) around 9am I received a call from the school that 2 of my 6 children were complaining and crying of a toothache. I called the dentist and they said bring them in at 10:30am. I called and got a family member to take them. They are there for approximately one hour when they tell my designated family member they won’t have time to see my 5 year old after already checking him out of school and bringing them. Needless to say I am not happy about this and am on the phone pleading they take care of my baby as they said they would. I get put on hold. Approximately 5 minutes later my family member comes to the drs phone yelling something is wrong with Emma , she is having seizures! (my 9 year old whom they were already working on) when they first got there I had my family member put me on speaker phone so I could remind the dr that Emma is allergic to certain gas and numbing medicine. She responded yes yes I remember . As my family member is frantically yelling telling me my daughter is now not breathing the owner of the dental practice Dr Young yells at my family member saying stop saying she’s having a seizure she is fine! My family member says why can’t she breathe and why is she having seizures she can’t communicate and is acting brain dead! Dr Young then yells and says how do I know she hasn’t always been that way!?! NOTHING is wrong with my daughter and she has had NO health problems until yesterday! I asked did they possibly give her the wrong meds and they assured me they gave her the correct meds. EMS is now leaving with my daughter and I leave my job flying to meet them at RMC in Anniston. I find out once I get to the hospital from the two JVILLE emergency responders that the dentist gave her what she was allergic to! They almost killed my daughter! She had to be revived and spent hours in the hospital recovering from This dentist office horrible mistake! This is not the first time they made a huge mistake but is the first time they almost costed my child’s life! They actually pulled the wrong tooth on my older daughters orders from the orthodontist 6 months ago when they apologized and blamed fault on the way the orthodontist wrote the orders. This place needs to be shut down! I almost lost my daughter yesterday due to negligence and lack of concern for her medical needs! They tried to deny anything was wrong with her until my family member started yelling and causing a scene when a dark headed nurse finally called 911! Thank you to the one woman in the office that cared about a human life instead of covering their own a** for the mistakes they knew they made! Lauren Lambeth!

I came here a couple years ago on a Friday afternoon. Leave it to me to have my broken tooth start hurting beyond comprehension on the same day of the week most dentists are closed or closed early. I made several frantic calls to several dentists in Oxford and nobody could help me, I called Regional Dental Center and explained my situation and they told me to come down and they'd try to work me in. The staff was very kind to me in a moment I felt tremendously vulnerable. The doctor was also very kind, made sure I was comfortable, and expertly pulled my tooth. I've never had such a positive dental experience.

Amazing care and very easy to set and schedule appointments would recommend to anyone.

Went here because my back tooth was broken. I was charged $186 for an xray and for the dentist to look in my mouth for 10 seconds just to say "I don't feel comfortable pulling that" because my broken tooth was supposedly "sitting on top of a nerve" and was told to go to an oral surgeon. Went to an oral surgeon in Gadsden, they did an xray, gave me numbing shots in my mouth, laughing gas and PULLED MY TOOTH (with no trouble) for $67. If I had a dog and dogs actually went to dentists, I wouldn't send my dog here. Choose somewhere else.

Dr. Young and his staff are great! He takes time to explain procedures in advance and is careful to get the most from your insurance plan. I had my cleaning done by Pam G. She was so kind and explained everything she was doing and why it was important. Vanessa did my impressions and also was precious! I've had Kacey twice and she is a doll! It seems like we always talk about something funny. Dr. Young is the absolute best dentist I've ever used. Due to his experience and work ethic, he always makes sure that what he does leads to perfection! Thank you Regional Dental Center.
