This dentist is very nice, personal, thorough, and accessible. I've been on the search for a good dentist, mostly finding offices that push you through the door and shout "next". When I came here, I needed 6 fillings, which isn't something that happens in 6 months, it was because the previous dentist overlooked them. When I walked in for my appointment today, the dentist himself told the receptionist "Shannon is here, get her chart ready". And that felt good. He was patient with me when I had anxiety about my fillings, took his time to do a good job, and even fixed a rough spot I had from before. It's a small town dentist that wants to do good work for his patients, right here in the middle of a big city. I don't know why he isn't so busy that I can't get an appointment... truly a hidden gem

I got my upper 2 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Ngow and Lee were very friendly and helped calmed me down before the procedure. They made it quick and painless. I didn’t feel them removing my teeth. They were very gentle. I would highly recommend them. They are amazing.

I’ve come to this clinic twice now and I have nothing but great experiences here. The staff has been very kind and comforting and the doctor takes his time explaining each process to me to help with my oral health. The doctor treats staff like family and being a patient and seeing that brings me a sense of comfort knowing they work well together to help patients. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a dentist!

Dr. Ngo is an amazing dentist. He is very patient, kind and most importantly, gentle. I hated going to the dentist as a kid due to a traumatic experience from my very first dentist but Dr. Ngo has definitely changed that for me. I’ve been going to him for 7+ years and have never felt a bit of pain from cavity fillings and wisdom teeth extraction. He also does x-rays in house which makes it even more convenient. I even look forward to my 6-month cleaning. I recommend Dr. Ngo 1000%!

Dr Ngow and his staff are the BEST! I have a lot of dental anxiety and doctor and everyone that works there are so patient and kind. I am very happy to say that I actually have gotten to a much better place. Dr Ngow is very gentle and supportive, and now my whole family goes to Reflections.

Would highly recommend! Dr. Ngow has been awesome and takes great care of my teeth! He’s always gentle and always asks how I’m doing during my treatments. The assistants are also super nice and kind. Something I always appreciate with Dr. Ngow is that he answers all my 50+ questions kindly and patiently.
