My first visit here was amazing! I needed a crown, and they made a permanent one in office. No need for a temporary one. The technology they have here makes the visit a pleasure!
Dr. A. was professional and thorough. The Hygienist was excellent. Office personnel are all very helpful and kind.

As a consumer I look forward to having great service no matter where I go and since my teeth are important I expect the same great service at the dental practice I choose to go to, with that being said Redlands Dental Group happens to be the office I choose to have my dental needs taken care of and Dr. Jackson and her staff front and back from Manager Karyn to Asst Manager Kim to the Providers and front staff and Assistants…. They work hard and do their very best for me and my family. The are busy but I love busy because that shows me that people trust them and love the way they are treated. If you’re on the search for a great dentist, look no further! Everyone at Redlands dental group is so kind and welcoming. They take the time to explain exactly what’s going to happen and what the plan is to help get your teeth in shape. They’re probably one most gentlest dentists and hygienist I’ve been too! I didn’t feel a thing during examinations and cleanings. You will definitely not regret coming here.?

Cannot even put into words how horrendous and horrific our experience has been at this establishment. Whatever you do, do NOT let anyone here touch your kids teeth. My son is now 13.5 years old and his orthodontic “treatment” has been completely botched and from their own words, “he has fallen through the cracks”. It’s disgusting how a hard working family can pay thousands of dollars trusting that the correct treatment will be administered to your own child and it simply doesn’t happen. They do NOT care about taking care of you here, the manager is like a robot and refusing to refund us when my son has a huge GAP in his front teeth, now when he was originally supposed to be completing treatment by now, they conveniently told us he needs 2k worth of oral surgery in order to continue treatment. WHY is this being addressed now when my children see their dentist every 6 months there for YEARS! A complete scam, untrained and unavailable orthodontists fresh out of school are your only option here so best of luck! Thank goodness I have recordings and receipts of their complete negligence. Did I mention they told be verbatim that my “sons anatomy” is the reason his treatment has turned out this way. Literally disgusting they are blaming a child and their “anatomy” for their downright negligence. At the end of the day my son is the one suffering and they refuse to make it right.

This office is staffed with outstanding professionals. Meghann is my preferred hygienist. Very gentle yet thorough. Office staff friendly, clean office. Dr Aulick is professional and easy to communicate with. He made my last appointment getting a crown very manageable. I highly recommend Redlands Dental.
