Honestly extremely disappointed in the services provided here . I went in with severe back pain. 8/10. My spines completely curved . I’m obviously hurt and need help. All they did was stick me in a waiting room. It took over an hour for the NP to spend 5 minutes with me and 2 hours for them to do an x ray . I told them I needed to be finished by 4:15 to pick up my bf from work and asked if I’d be done . They said yes , however 4:10 comes and still no updates. Then I get discharged with absolutely no answers and no medication. Waste of time and horrible service.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

If you’re ever going to listen to a review let it be this one. DO NOT GO TO ADVENTIST HEALTH. I went to urgent care and got sent a bill for several hundred dollars AFTER my insurance was billed because of an extremely expensive test they performed without warning me of the potential cost. They claim to have transparent prices but you can’t even access their “price list” without downloading a massive file to your computer and paying for special expensive software. This has to be the shadiest billing I’ve ever experienced. Adventist Health is extremely predatory and will charge you whatever they want and WILL NOT ACTUALLY HELP YOU. I attempted to talk to them about my bill via email and phone and they were always extremely unhelpful and were not able to direct me to any useful resource. Any other clinic will treat you far better.

I had a great experience with this urgent care! I came in with a chest cough, sore throat, and fever. They tested me for COVID, Flu, and RSV and gave me the meds I needed. The doctors and staff were super nice and attentive. Plus I was in and out in under an hour!

I would rate them zero stars if possible. Cut my thumb on a table saw on 3/10/24. Showed up at the Rapid Care on Mono at 3:15. Doors locked but hours say 8:00-4:00 Everyday. Nurse comes to the door as sees my bleeding thumb then informs me that their new "algorithm" determines if they let anyone in during the last hour of operation. That could be for too many patients in the queue or not enough. Given there was only one other car in the parking lot, I assume it was the latter. I asked the nurse if she could just look at it and determine if I needed stiches. "Nope." Apparently the medical oath of "Do No Harm" no longer applies to patients, just the bottom line. Ended up at the ER for 8 stitches @ $1100. Would have been less than half that at the urgent care facility which is the entire point of using an urgent care versus the ER.

I went to Indian Rock Clinic on Mono Way at 8am when they opened. I was the second one in and it still took 1 hour.

The gals were nice and helpful but NOT the doctor, Dr. Donald Scott Klatt, MD.
I explained that I had a surgery procedure scheduled at Adventist Health in 7 days (which he could see online) and had to be well for it. When I told him that a specific antibiotic works for my sinus infections (for 20 years) he LAUGHED at me and smugly stated, "That won't work at all and we haven't used it for over 5 years for sinus and upper respiratory infections." Not true! I got that RX from them around 3/2023 for the same problem and it helped within 24 hours.
He refused to give antibiotics saying, "We just don't pass them out" and that I'd have to be sick for 14 days before they'd consider antibiotics. He also said it was a virus not bacterial but no swab tests were done. It's been 12 days so I'd have to go back, pay another co-pay and HOPE they'd actually provide some help.
I was appalled! I'm NEVER going back there again.

I don't go to urgent care unless I have to which is about once a year. I never “just ask” for antibiotics, unless my body needs them. You need to listen to your patients!!!

I got an appointment with Mathiesen Clinic in Jamestown 48 hours later and they did swab tests plus sent one out. Guess what? It came back as a bacterial infection that causes sinus infections and bronchitis! I was put on antibiotics immediately, but it was too late and I had to cancel my surgery at ADVENTIST Hospital, which is who Indian Rock is through.

Mathiesen has been fantastic, so I will ONLY go there now.

Do not go to Indian Rock Rapid Care. Other people warned me about them and this exact situation but it was the only Saturday option. NEVER AGAIN! Waste of money and time!

Our Urgent Care experience was outstanding. Understanding the staff was overwhelmed with the number of patients waiting to be seen, staff remained calm, composed, courteous & focused. We remained comfortable in the privacy of our car while waiting & even during a portion of our exam. We were diagnosed, provided prescriptions for medication & released in a reasonable amount of time. We commend the medical & support staff for their care & service!

Came here with UTI symptoms. After doing their "tests" said I never had one. Sent me home with nothing. Two days later it got way worst. Decided to go to a Modesto urgent care. The drs there were shocked that this urgent care didn't send me home with an antibiotic with the symptoms I was having. Came back positive for a UTI on their tests. Dr. Said the negligence on this urgent cares behalf should be reported to the medical board. I will be moving forward with this. This is now the 2nd uti this urgent care has missed and one broken finger. I'm done with this place.
