Dr Randolph was nothing less than amazing. First of all on a Friday afternoon, he stayed pass normal working hours to help me. I had a broken tooth in my upper jaw.
I needed immediate attention. He was there to help me. He was able to make a temporary repair. He gave me complete and through information on the next steps to achieve a permanent repair. He contacted oral surgeon group that would be able to address the issues.
I can not verbalize enough positive comments for Dr
Randolph and his staff. What a wonderful experience. Excellent.
My wife and I plan to make him our permanent dentist.

Dr. Randolph is a very knowledgeable and understanding Dentist.
I have Cancer. The chemotherapy treatments affected my mouth and teeth to the point I was losing teeth and the teeth that remain are sore and loose.
Dr. Randolph took x-rays and photos in detail. The Doctor spent what seemed like an hour explaining each individual issue with each tooth although he was very busy. He knows his stuff. I’ve never had such a thorough examination in my life. He really cares.
He is friendly, gentle and professional. His staff follows suit. If there were more stars to give, he’d get all stars possible.

Only Dr. Bob can make me excited about going to the dentist. I had a relatively long and in depth procedure that took 2 hours and never once was I uncomfortable or nervous. He truly is the greatest Dentist that one could ask for. My family, three generations worth now, all feel the same way.

I was referred to Dr. Randolph by 2 very happy, long time patients of his. I wish I would’ve visited sooner because this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. From the front desk to Dr. Randolph and everyone in between I was greeted and treated like the only person that mattered to them during my visit. There were other patients in the office visiting while I was there but I did not have to sit and wait or feel rushed during my appointment. Dr. Randolph was thorough and the first dentist to explain to me what I needed as far as treatment in a way I finally understood. Glad to be a part of Randolph Family Dental!
