I love the service and care I always received. Everyone is very professional and very kind. I feel very comfortable. It's fast and I don't need to wait when I come for the appointment. Doctor Kwong is an incredible dentist. I was not in pain at all for my fillings. My last dentist swore he could not numb me during procedures blaming it on my autoimmune disorder. Doctor Kwong had me numb immediately on the first try. I cried happy tears in my car afterwards. I'm beyond grateful for Doctor Kwong. He is my new dentist forever.lol This is the place you want to go. Staff is great too. I'm all around 100% satisfied with this whole experience. Thank you so much. I'm not scared anymore.

Pure Gold is such a welcoming dental office! The ladies up front are so friendly. Dr. Janzen is so communicative and professional, and his assistant Victoria is efficient. Roshunda is an excellent hygienist and gave great advice. All the staff are great!

I have been going to Pure Gold for years now but just had my first appointment with Michelle. Probably one of the best experiences at the dentist. She not only calmed my nerves about having a deep clean but I have never had my teeth feel SO amazing without even feeling it. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions which was very reassuring, and she had the sweetest personality ( you could feel her smile even through the mask).
I can’t wait to set up my next appointment with her!
