I had 2 extremely bad tooth that gave me enormous pain. I Called Pruitt & Eberhart and was able to get an appointment the next day. I have had many dentists, so I was expecting a lot of pain, but was pleasingly suprised. He was very gentle with the numming shots to where there was very little discpmfort from the niddle. And pulling the tooth was absolutely painless. The whole ecperience was very gentle and his assistance and the ladies up front at the desk was absolutely wonderful. Very kind people, yes, I would highly recommend this team of dentistry.

I had an experience at this dentist 8/25/2020 that made me feel very uncomfortable, Within a month I have had a tooth extracted, root canal and fitted for my cap. I was provided a cost with payments, my first visit required &125. 00 I paid $300.00 to get it out the way. My second visit was 2pm they did part of the procedure and asked to return at 4pm for final step. Upon arrival I was ushered to the payment desk for payment before going back, signs are all in the office that requires payment upon completion of procedure. I asked Dr. Pruitt if they thought I would leave without paying if so the signs need to be changed , needless to say he check my history and his response was the type of procedure warranted payment prior to completion, the assistant stated that maybe the account dept was preparing to go home, which Is it Not to mention I was over charged , but thankfully I recognized it called back and yes the account dept was still there. I have not received a explanation as to why I was asked to pay upfront, I guess insurance, good pay history means nothing.
