I don’t recommend going here. The front office staff is rude and condescending. My 12 year old son had an appointment at 3, we came straight from school and was told we were too late. It’s never been a problem before. The woman in the office was very rude about it with an attitude. When asked to reschedule I declined. Will be making an appointment elsewhere. To me, it’s the way it was handled. Not at all kind or understanding. I would’ve rescheduled if she had been more pleasant.

Used to love going here. When I made an appointment, I told the girl I had to be there at 3, somehow they changed the time. I have 1 phone I use and I never got the notification that the time was different. They're not open on Friday, so I can't go on my only free day. The front desk girl got an attitude with me when I said I made the appointment for 3 since that was the only time i could make it. So now I'm having to find another dentist because I'm getting treated like that again. I used to love this dentist office since I have bad anxiety because of a dentist when I was younger.

Delaney at the front desk was rude right off the bat. The staff doesn't have a good demeanor overall; they're just not kind to patients. They have also been rude to other members of my family and I at other times in the past when we used them. Unfortunately, they choose to treat their patients poorly.

a bit rude when i thought i needed teeth capped. They book cleanings way to far out. need more local in the area to even out the convivence that keeps them in business.

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES. was told my insurance paid for everything came back to a 25 dollar fee.

I’ve seen Dr. Eberhart for years and he is so kind and puts me at ease. Dr. Pruitt has helped us out in an emergency before and it went great. I would highly recommend their office.
