The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are patient and efficient. Dr. Pham is friendly and thorough.
The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they frequently run 15-30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time.
But overall, I am very happy with the care at the office which is why I've been going there for 4 years.

I took my kids here for several years because they were one of very few ‘Pediatric’ practices in town. It is typical for pediatric dentist to ask parents to wait in the waiting room.

It was ok at first but once my kids got a little older and more communicative, they informed me that they were not comfortable. I decided to join them in the exam rooms and was completely horrified by how Dr. Pham and her male assistant treated them.

We came to the conclusion that they would administer the numbing injections and then leave them in the chairs for close to an hour and even longer while treating other patients.

One of my children turned out to have an unusually high tolerance to the numbing medication so being left in the chair for that long, she not only didn’t receive an adequate amount of medication but when when she expressed being in pain, she was scolded for tensing up and (silently) crying. This happened right in from of me!! I immediately told them to stop and walked my child out. We will never go back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with setting appointments the doctors and very gentle with adults and the children's side is fantastic.. made them feel comfortable when sitting in the seat

They botched a cavity filling. The root is exposed lots of pain. Got an appointment to fix the problem 2 week later. They couldn't see anything wrong so they gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen and scheduled to have a extraction 3 week later. next appointment no extraction, they said let's redo the filling more antibiotics and ibuprofen scheduled next appointment 4 weeks. Today did not redo the filling or an extraction or anything. I have been in constant pain for almost 2 months and there doing nothing

Dr. Phan has to be the best dentist in the county. She is compassionate, kind and treated me with respect and dignity. She is very attentive to detail and making sure patients concerns are addressed. I wish I had found her years ago. Her staff is also very efficient, kind, and treat patients respectfully. I highly recommend them.
