I've been a patient at Dr. Majd Dental clinic for so many years, and on each visit she beats my expectations. She is one of the best experienced Doctors and she has rare quality of honesty, as well as, dedication to her Dental profession. Consider yourself lucky if you score an appointment at her clinic as a new patient. I am approaching my seventieth and my teeth are enduring the old age just because of the good dental work I received from Dr. Majd. Thank you!

This review is for Dr.Majd . She was professional, conversational, and helpful when she was working on my tooth . I had great feeling for almost five teeth. Further, my dentist and her assistant (not sure of the technical job title) were so helpful, kind, and caring when it came to prepping for my deep cleaning and feeling. They were able to answer any questions And accepted Medical insurance. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate again for everything you did for me Dr Michael Majd ( my favor Dentiset forever)

Great office. They don't do digital front desk. Its all by hand so they are a bit slow. But once you get in to see the Dentist she is wonderful. I don't know about price because my insurance covers the cost. But i feel comfortable and not pressured into getting services i cant pay for. In the back office the technology is all up to date makes for easier visits. Over all love this doctor the only thing is it is a VERY slow office. Worth the wait though. It is better to call ahead for an appointment then walking in to get one as there is minimal staff.

Dr. Michelle Majd and her staff were friendly. Sadly, there were still patients ahead of me an hour after my scheduled appointment, so I walked out without waiting further.

Additional Feedback:
• The office did not feel clean, and had a strong urine smell in the waiting room
• No sanitizer during COVID-19
• No digital records - All paperwork were filed by hand in file folders
• They were not prepared for my visit, which led me to re-fill all the paperwork again

Most terrible service I have ever received walked out of the office, she is not even registered here in San Diego, charged me for services that were never ever done and then went to see a real dentist and discovered that she botched up on the work that was performed. If you are reading this DO NOT go to her, you are putting your teeth at great risk as well as huge costly repairs HUGE, she even charged me for services that were NEVER performed and when I asked for my money back she now has gone silent. Michelle Majd is a absolute danger to the public.

Great place, needs a bit more customer service skills but all-in-all I recommend this place. I understand how people can where ya out.

I was there 3 hours for a cosmedic filling, towards the end I need more numbing. She didn't wait long enough for the medicine to work. I let her know I was still feeling pain. She wanted to know if I had taken other medicine, She isn't big on customer service. I walked out. She wanted to take a picture before I left. No way, I am paying you. I'm not going to sit there while u cause me pain. Talking to her assistant like I wasn't even there. at that time I've been there for 2 hours in the chair .
.she also didn't tell me that she was going to drill the way most of my tooth . just was not pleased with DDSMichellei at all. If she didn't want to do the procedure that's all she had to say.

I reached out to this dental office that was assigned to me for 2+ weeks trying to get a simple referral for my 3 children who they could not service and they said they would fax it over but did not for 2 weeks. Their after hours service said they were out of office 3/17 and 3/10. I will be switching from them immediately due to lack of customer service.
