Dr. Reihs is absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is always welcoming and warm...so much that my 8 year old loves going to the dentist. They are super efficient and get you in promptly yet always giving you and your child their full attention and happy to answer any questions. I can't say enough good things about them!

Visited here about a year or more. Had tried a different pediatric dentist and well the other dentist would cancel our appointments about two or more times so we decided to come here. Being with this office for my son has been amazing and wonderful. They are very understanding when it comes to each child’s need. My son has changed from not liking the dentist to talking to them and being okay. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist that actually cares about them and staff who are just amazing!!

Dr Riehs and his staff are amazing taking time to explain aspects of my daughter's care and helping her get back on track with cleaning, preventatives and care. Based on thier easy online intake, the office had everything ready and easily worked with our insurance. Great experience!

My 6 year old has been coming here since he was 2. He loves going to the dentist. The staff here is consistent, comforting, friendly and fun. They have given a great foundation for a child’s first experience at the dentist. As a parent this place has been an easy place to bring my child.

I took my 4 year old in to this office for the first time yesterday, and it was the BEST experience we could have asked for. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hygienist took my daughter back, showed her around the office and made her very comfortable before her cleaning. Dr. Riehs was great with her too! I really loved how he helped educate me on all her x-rays and really took the time to explain everything. I hate doctor visits where I feel rushed, and that didn't happen here at all! LOVE this office.

Dr. John and his staff are wonderful with children! They have a talent for making kids safe and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the kid friendly waiting room and had so much fun learning dental care on her new stuffed animal friends in the office. This was my daughter's first dental experience ever, and she loved it! She actually had fun at her visit and can't wait to go back! She left her visit a happy little girl!

Dr. John Riehs and his team are AMAZING!! I had to get a cavity filled, and was very nervous because I fainted at my last dentist when I got one filled a few years ago. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible, and kept me calm and comfortable through the whole process. Dr. Riehs does a great job explaining everything he’s doing throughout the procedure. I’m so thankful to have a great dentist who really cares about his patients. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best pediatric dentist office in Dallas! Dr. Riehs is remarkable! Every single person in the office is kind, compassionate, thorough and spends as much time with you as you need. The open space concept is welcoming to kids with Disney movies playing. There is seating for the parents to watch and be with your kid(s) while they are treated. Dr. Riehs walks you through everything with your child’s dental health and makes sure you understand. He is so calm and gentle with kids that they are instantly at ease. My daughter loves going to the dentist because of how great Preston Center Pediatric Dentistry is! Highly recommend!!
