I called and told receptionist that I needed a filling for my tooth that they previous filled. She scheduled my appointment. I show up for said apt 15 minutes early for new paperwork. Assistant came in putting a metal rod in my mouth with plastic ends which hurts the roof of my mouth. She disappears out of the room , said that she would be back. I waited .Then another lady comes in. Disassembled the metal rod thingy with plastic ends after she couldn't get it to fit my mouth.Just to take one X-ray. Another lady comes in said she Dr Daniels takes a quick look at my tooth. She reply that the assistant was going to give me a plan of treatment. That they don't do same day service. It was never discussed when making the appointment. Waste of my time and money. Bottom line... I will not go again. I thought I was being punked. Discussed by everyone there. This wouldn't post unless I hit the star. I wouldn't give them no star.

This Dental practice office is the Greatest, I'm Disable Veteran, Got a VA referral to this office Since it was the closest to my house, Let me tell you. Dr Ray and her Dental Tech Ms Amy are like Batman and Robin, They took really good care of me, I had several issues with my teeth, One by One Dr Ray and her Assistant knocked them out, Everyone at this place are soooo Friendly. Nice and very Professional, Come by if you have any issues with your teeth and ask for Dr Ray, She is a short pretty Filipino lady that will take good care of you

I choose this place based off the website and that was my mistake. Their pics they have posted looks like a great bunch of ppl appears to have good vibes, this is far from the Truth. My first visit with hygienist (not sure the name) she was not a friendly person, I felt rushed and not cared for. The lady Dr numbed me up halfway through the cleaning process I was feeling pain. My hygienist said you can get through the next couple of minutes without me having to call her back in here and I had to sit there and endure the pain. This is why I don't come to dentists. After my cleaning I left and decided that I would give them one more chance. I called them about a bad tooth that was discussed on the first visit. I made the appointment take time off work. I get there and all they want to do is talk to me about what they're going to do but they're not going to do anything for me on this day this upsets me it makes me cry because I took the entire day off from work my PTO timr for that day to have this tooth taken care of and y'all don't do it very disappointing. I left your facility crying not one person not one single woman stopped to ask me if I was okay and if anything can be done. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dental office. I judged you off of the pictures that you had on your website and those were very deceiving because that's not the vibe that I got when I walked into your office both times. People take off from work to come to your office to have a procedure done then that procedure needs to be done you should have never wasted my time. I am still dealing with my bad tooth and I'm trying my best to find a good dental office that I can go to and trust to do a great job. I will never be back at your facility and I will tell everyone about my experience.

Worst place ever! They throw my bridge away and wouldn't replace it and the dentist pulled my mouth opened so hard that for 1 week I had a blister on top lip !!!!

Made an appointment for a bad tooth. I am in a lot of pain. The dentist assistant came in asked me a few questions and took some an x ray. The dentist came in took one quick look and says make an appointment for a cleaning and walked out. Not once asked why I was there. Then the assistant said we are booked through September. So I am supposed to deal with the pain for 3 more months. The assistant said I will call you in some antibiotics. No prescription was ever called in. I called two days later and was told they would get it taken care of. It has been four days and still nothing has been called in. I will never go back and do not recommend this place. Bad service all the way around.

Dr. Ray and her team are excellent. I've been a patient of this practice for many years and I've always received excellent care. I must mention too that Dorothy, the hygienist, is pleasant and she provides her patients with a thorough teeth cleaning. She is one of the best! I had my first visit to Premier Dental and I'm happy to say that it won't be my last one. The team at Premier Dental was amazing. I had a sizable filling come loose and they managed to get me an appointment on short notice. Dr Kim is courteous, competenent, and explains everything that he is doing.
From the time I walked in the front door I was made to feel welcome. A big thank you to Rachael and Jenna!
If you are not satisfied with your dentist or you are in need of a dentist and don't know where to go. Do yourself a favor and check out Dr Kim and the team at Premier Dental.

The service I received was very professional and awesome. The young lady that took my X-rays made me feel so comfortable. I think her name is Jena or something like that. She works with Dr. Kim. Her expertise of her job and hospitality is extraordinary. Dr. Kim explained everything to me in a very simple but professional way. Thanks for making my visit to a dentist office explicit.
