What truly amazed me was the pricing—extremely reasonable. I expected a higher bill for the level of service, but it was affordable and straightforward with no hidden fees. I walked out of the office feeling great and without a worry about the cost.

I had been looking for a new dentist in Ashland and was recommended to Premier Care Dental by my neighbor. On my first appointment I was given a comprehensive exam along with X-Rays. I mentioned that I was having sensitivity issues with a particular tooth. Leanne used her experience and made a decision to take additional X-rays in the area that I had mentioned. This turned out to be crucial in determining that I had an issue with an old filling that my previous dentist had missed.

The following day, I was able to get an appointment for Cleaning. I mentioned that I had a sensitivity to the water scaler. Robin suggested that she could use a mild topical anesthetic. I had never heard of or been offered this before. She applied the anesthetic to my sensitive teeth and I had no problems with the scaler.

I am very pleased with the services that I received. And the people that worked with me at Premier: Dr Bradshaw, Leanne and Robin.

I was greeted in a friendly manner and wait time was not long maybe 8 minutes..the dental hygienist was extremely gentle with me, I really had nothing to worry about. She put me at ease quickly. Had a pleasant, enlightening conversation and she even went the extra mile to assure me how much my insurance would pay. People enjoying people. A place where people care...
