We have lived in Santa Rosa, CA most of our lives and have been to multiple dentist offices. But Without a doubt doctor Pouradib’s office is the best we have ever encountered. Not only the Excellent dental work we received, But his whole office from His Dental Hygiene assistance To the front desk is just outstanding. They all make sure you have everything you need for a good visit. The front desk is run by Jackie, who is on top of everything. She is just amazing. She takes care of all of your insurance needs and lets you know exactly what Insurance will pay and what you are responsible for. My whole family are thrilled that we found this office. And we will be their clients forever. Really!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this office is.

I stopped in for routine cleaning as a new patient. Staff were friendly & efficient from the time I stepped in and sat in the chair. No long wait time. Dr. completed my cleaning in 30 mins-has to be a world record! I was in & out just how I like it. He did a great job on my cleaning, thorough and gentle. If I’m ever in the area again I'll certainly stop by to get my dental maintenance done.

No one likes going to the dentist, but if you have to go this is about as good as it gets. The facilities are squeaky clean, appointments are always on time (don't be late - they'll track you down!), the price is (relatively) low, and so far it's been pretty painless. Have had 2 crowns, an implant and a few routine procedures and all good. Highly recommended.

The staff at this dental office is incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a newcomer to the area, I was grateful to find them online when I had a severe toothache. They went above and beyond by staying open late to fit me in for a root canal, which immediately alleviated my pain. Throughout the process, they maintained a professional and compassionate demeanor, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Additionally, their thoughtful gesture of handing me a rose on Valentine's Day exemplifies their commitment to making each patient feel valued and cared for. Jackie at the front desk is particularly remarkable, as she brings an instant smile to your face when you walk in the door by always seeming genuinely excited to see you. Dr. Sebit is also incredible at what he does and makes everything as painless as possible.
