The 1st time I’ve ever gotten ortho treatment ever in my life and it was fast, friendly, easy, and direct! I highly recommend Precision Orthodontics!! ? Laura was very helpful and kind. Amber was thorough and straight forward. Dr. Tran was decisive and trustworthy. Everyone was very nice and gentle. I thought it was super sweet when I heard from multiple staff, at different times, that they were excited (about my treatment)! I am so thankful to the team at Precision Orthodontics for helping me get my smile back!

Amazing experience was greeted so friendly by Dharma who gave me great Information and set me up with the lovely treatment coordinator Amber. Amber was a vast wealth of Information, personable,friendly,easygoing and made it easy to Invest my time, money and trust in Precision orthodontics. Laura is great as well

I don't usually leave reviews, but when you have an awesome experience you just have to! My experience was great because of Aaliyah! She exhibited professionalism and was very patient with me! She also made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit and understood all instructions. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she answered them with grace.

Overall an amazing experience for my 10 year old. As a parent I loved the reminders and flexibility they had whenever we had to come in unexpectedly. Would recommend to anyone I know looking for an orthodontist.

I heard about this orthodontics through my brother who is also goes here. I got my braces put on last week and everything has gone smoothly. The staff are very nice and helpful. So far so good. I would definitely recommend this place!

About a month or so ago I went in to get a consultation for Invisalign. Staff was extremely friendly and I enjoyed every minute of the consultation. I felt heard and was able to answer all the questions I had regarding payment. Super understanding and flexible. Works with Delta Insurance and is able to do monthly payments. I managed to get in on a promo they had going on so I was grateful for that. The scan I received for my teeth was super quick and painless. They use advanced technology to scan your teeth and when it came time to put in the trays, they fit perfectly with no pain. Of course, it being aligners, you will feel some discomfort but I didn’t lose sleep over it. This business has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Front desk is extremely welcoming along with the primary Doctor and other dental assistants/staff. As of this review, I’m on my first tray and I have no complaints. They have you use the new Invisalign app which is amazing. You get access to your tray schedules, Invisalign information & even direct access to the Doctor for any questions or concerns. Overall, I definitely recommend everyone to come get their teeth straightened over here whether you are seeking Invisalign or traditional braces!
