Dr Russell is the first dentist I do not dread going to. In the past, I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and would even cry in the chair. Now I feel much better about a visit to the dentist. Dr Russell and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They work with my schedule and are always quick to get me in if there's an emergency. I feel at ease here and trust they know what they are doing.

I’ve been going to Placerville Dental Care for the last five years I find Dr. Russel and her staff to be friendly and accommodating. My visits to the office are as anxiety free as a dentist appointment can be(this from someone who’s needed a lot of work. So I know)On top of that I find Dr Russel to have a great bedside manner and do competent and top notch work. I am very happy to be a patient here

I had an amazing experience. I hadn’t been to a dentist in roughly 5 years, and was a bit worried about my first experience back. They took great care of me and communicated everything clearly and really helped not only my teeth, but my anxiety surrounding the situation. They gave me a clear plan forward and instilled in me a lot of confidence in my teeth, and in their practice!

I went to Placerville Dental Care to get an evaluation for a broken front tooth. The front office staff was incredibly professional and accommodating, and Dr. Russell was exceptionally thorough in her explanation of my treatment plan. I will be returning to this office for any of my future dental care needs and that is saying something considering how critical I usually am of health/dental care providers.
