I had carpel tunnel surgery the other day.
This is my first experience with Physicians Regional Hospital.
Scott M. Greenberg, D.O. was my surgeon.
Absolutely give him the highest possible rating for his work ethic and professionalism. He is kind and reassuring.

I had to visit the ER right before Halloween. It was a very scary time for me. The complete ER staff was absolutely amazing and made me feel so much more at ease and relaxed. When I was admitted, I had an absolutely above and beyond amazing nurse named Sarah who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable And cared for. My cardiologist Doctor Luu Is one of the kindest Doctor I’ve ever met. All the staff, doctors And nurses went so far above and beyond. I am truly grateful that during one of the most frightening times in my life. I was able to be at physicians regional.

Facility was fine. Reception staff was 5/10. Not really into their job. System for check in has to be better. Nursing was very good. Doctors and back room staff excellent. Follow up after surgery not so good. Can’t talk to the right person. Unresponsive. Impossible to get thru to the people you need to talk to. In the end, I hope the surgery was a success and trust the doctor. The system to set up to communicate with people who know the patients info if horrible.l

My sugar level dropped like a rock. I passed passed out for 7 hrs.before my wife found me .she call the EMTS JONATHAN AND HIS PARTNERs revived me GOD BLESS THEN TOOK ME REGINAL HOSPITAL SOUTH LIKE A JACK RABBIT.STAYED THERE 2 NIGHTS . THE ENTIRE STAFF THERE WERE SUPERB. IF I HAVE TO BE IN A HOSPITAL THERE MY GUYS EVERY TIME.

Check in went smoothly, although the time spent waiting for my procedure was lengthy. It was only communicated with me much later that there were complications with the previous patient. I was virtually the only patient left at the end of the nurses’ shifts. Otherwise, the doctor and his staff did an excellent job communicating with me before, during and after the procedure.

On what has been, for the most part, an excellent experience at Physicians Regional Hospital in Naples, Collier Avenue, third floor, something happened tonight that was deeply upsetting and heartbreaking.

My wife is alone in your care today, without me by her side. Earlier, she was left lying in a wet bed because no one was available to assist her. Tonight, she needed to use the bathroom and pressed her call button for two hours with no response at all. From 50 miles away, I called the hospital myself, only to be told there was no record of her pressing the button—something I know is simply not possible.

When someone finally entered her room, she was told to relieve herself in the bed and that they would “clean it up later.”

I cannot express how painful it is to hear that the person you love—someone vulnerable, alone, and dependent on others—is treated this way. It is humiliating for the patient and heartbreaking for the family.

What makes this even more difficult is that there are many outstanding nurses, aides, and caregivers at this hospital. People who treat patients with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. But moments like this overshadow their work and damage trust in the entire organization.

No patient should ever feel forgotten.
No patient should be left waiting for help in fear or discomfort.
And no patient should ever be told to use their bed as a toilet because staff are unavailable.

I hope this incident is taken seriously—not only for my wife’s dignity, but for the sake of the truly excellent care providers whose reputation is tarnished by the actions of a few.

I was brought to Physicians Regional on Monday of this week, Oct. 13th . Dr. Khader and the rest of the staff on the 3rd floor heart, were absolutely the best ever….I was treated with respect, kindness and the best medical team. They got to the bottom of the problem and I was released on Wednesday. The food staff went out of their way to make the meals tasty and specific to each patients needs. Bravo, keep up the good work…..To wonderful Beatrice who found me a cord to use for my phone, Anne, (beautiful inside and out) there was no problem she couldn’t fix. Each and every head nurse was amazing…If I had to be in the hospital, Physician Regional is the place to be.

Want to share the thorough treatment I received from Physical Therapist, Rico Sabulao for the entire month of November. Rico’s knowledge and expertise resulted in a great improvement of mobility and pain relief of my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. His continuous guidance and updates of my home exercise program kept me on track and made me stronger and more mobile each day. Thank you, Rico!
