Absolutely terrible experience.
Not only did Kaiser overall mess up my prescription, but the pharmacists completely lacked sympathy and had a huge attitude. I saw two primary care doctors who BOTH wrote the wrong prescription for me; therefore I could not pick it up. Having to schedule yet another appointment to hopefully fix it but I am leaving town and needed to pick this up ASAP. Unfortunate because it is entirely Kaiser’s fault, but the pharmacy had a demeanor as though it was MY fault. I never even write reviews but this was bad enough that I’m glad I’m leaving Kaiser next month anyway.

Came to pick up my son's antibiotics, in where I was told medication would be ready in a hour. Provided enough time before pick up, three hours later. To find out that pharmacy was out of stock at my arrival, made me wait another hour and fifteen minutes, to state they could call another location, in which that location would be closing soon, as the doctor wasn't changing the subscription.
At the end, medication and subscription weren't ready. This is sad, as it provides a wrong message. (Patients can be in pain in which your pharmacy doesn't show sympathy).
After waiting almost 2 hrs was able to get the meds
All this waste of time get an apologies from administration. Unacceptable they should of called other pharmacist and let me know sooner.

Came here to get my daughters antibiotics New Years Eve… called before going too. The recording stated they were open until 8 pm. Got there someone walking out said are you here for the pharmacy and I said yes, she stated that they were closed due to the holiday… which is weird because on the website for this pharmacy it reads they have holiday hours for tomorrow the actual holiday so maybe they get two holiday days in a row. Would be nice if someone was up to date with the hours so my daughter can get her antibiotics! No one knew not the drs not the nurses or even the recorded line… had to go waste my time in person to find out they were closed but that’s Kaiser for ya! Number 1 in healthcare 😂🤣

A fine little pharmacy. It is clean and has friendly employees, and has an adequate but limited supplie of drugs. If you have Kaiser in Santa Cruz your choice is here or the much larger pharmacy in Watsonville.

Getting a COVID test is a breeze! It took 2 minutes to make the appointment on line and I drive up at my allotted time with zero line.
