Everyone, from the dentist to the people upfront, are just the nicest and amazing at their jobs. Very accommodating willing to work with you and all around just make you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
Everything is done carefully, yet efficiently, while keeping you calm and relaxed. I’ve never had such a great dentist and office experience, and eternally grateful for what they do.

A good dentist is hard to find that excellent care, and consultation with all my different options that were available for me was great to linger over until I made my final decision.
If you're looking for a dental group you want to go to Petaluma dental group they're fantastic and well worth it.

Dr. Husein is the best dentist I've ever had. He's smart, and has great technique. Because he works so carefully, I'm often able to have fillings without Novocaine -- which I hate. Also, his Hygienist, gives me the best cleanings.
Their front office is very together -- making my total experience very 5 Stars.

Staff is friendly and efficient. the new office is great and an efficient layout. Dr. Nadia, the new dentist, fitted me with a ceramic crown and it is working like a charm! It's nice to have all the work done in one sitting, rather than have a temporary crown and come back later for a permanent crown. The other dentist, Dr. Husein, has worked on my teeth before and his also very competent. My wife had her teeth cleaned the same day and we were both pleased. One of the few competent dentists that accepts Kaiser Advantage Plus in Sonoma County, but like other dentists in Sonoma County accepting Kaiser, expect to pay some uplift from what the Kaiser insurance booklet quotes.

First time today. Super friendly staff and the office is beautiful. The dental treatment was flexible and geared to my request. I had a little trouble finding the correct door in a huge building. The telephone people might make that more clear in the future?

I was calling to make my bonus son an appointment. He has an abscessed tooth. His dental insurance has PVD as his Current Primary Dentist. As soon as I mentioned that he had DeltaCare USA the receptionist said we are NOT accepting new patients, unless they are 55 years or older. I said but Delta Dental said you are accepting new patients and you are listed as his primary. She said "Like I said 55 or older is all we are accepting, try these dentists", she gave me the names of 2 dentists in Rohnert Park that are not accepting new patients, and hung up. I call Delta Dental the woman there said them telling me they will not accept new patients unless they are 55 years or older is considered age discrimination. Then she told me that if I change his primary now it will be a month before I can take him to his new primary... she said to call PVD back and ask them to have the dentist (since they will not take a minor) to send a referral to a pediatric dentist so he can be seen right away because it is the only way they can cover it. So I called PVD back and told the receptionist and she said, "We will not do that." I told her that is the only way for him to be able to be seen right now. She responded with "Like I said call the other dentists that I gave you earlier." I told her they were not accepting new patients. She said I don't know what to tell you We won't accept him." Then she hung up on me AGAIN. This woman has no customer service skills at all and was very rude I would never refer ANYONE there even if they were taking patients under 55!!

I use to drive for a dental prosthetics company and deal with the sweetest young woman that worked there, then she had a baby... the female that I had to deal with after her was very rude.... I am wondering if it is the same female I dealt with today.
