They messed up my teeth. Four of my front teeth feel rough and always feel like they are dirty. They also said i needed three caps. I went and got a second option and they said you never put a cap on a tooth that is not broken. Pershing Dental told me that three of my teeth needed caps because they had cracks. Then yesterday my husband went there for a cleaning and they told him he needed two caps. I asked them if they were broken. They said NO, they are cracked. I said I'm not doing it. I'll get a second option. Be careful if you use them.

Worst experience ever,they kept trying to pull my tooth but wasn't numb enough I ended up getting like eight shots in the mouth and it took two of them to pull it out. And then they gave me Motrin for pain. My whole jaw swelled up and I ended up having to go to the emergency room that night..I'll never go back or recommend anyone going to this Dentist... Motrin that was a joke.

Pershing Family Clinic sent sent me a brochure stating they were open for new patients so i came to the office.The waiting room was empty. I was alerted by a fat mean acting nurse to go the dirtiest patient's waiting room I have ever seen with bits of paper trash on the floor under my chair. The first doctor didn't have her license restored yet but said she was cleared to practice if I consented. I said no thanks. Then angry male doctor came in confronted with you know we don't take Medicaid don't you.I stated I have United Health insurance with full coverage. He really became confrontational after I told him that I had 3 surgeries because Heart Hospital doctor operated on the wrong leg. He said he didn't want me as a patient because doctors don't make mistakes like that it has to be fault. I had to have done something to make them mad. He wanted the doctor's name so he could call him what I said. He had no sense of professionalism or respect for my right of confidentiality and no sense of ethics. He said you People

Tried a new dentist and how ironic my childhood friend Daley was the person to do the work on my mouth. I went for a consultation and was able to get work done the same day. She was amazing!! The person who assisted her was so nice and great as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dental home or just needing minor work done

Had a great experience! I had a bad cavity and part of my tooth broke off. They cared about my pain and went out of their way to take care of both my dental needs and my chronic health needs. They are very knowledgeable and gave great advice for my specific needs. I am on a lot of medications for various health reasons and they took the time to review that along with my health history and explained how the side effects of some of my medications could be affecting my teeth. They were able to recommend some products for me to use to combat those side effects which was really helpful and important for the overall health of my teeth. Very glad I chose this place! Definitely staying.

I had one of the best dental experiences of my not so young life here! Dr. Dailey took care of the fillings and Lisa assisted her. I felt very little pain, probably the least I've felt from dental work in a really long time. It turned out great, and I look forward to having more work done by them!

Staff very nice the sweetest people. They were very general with my kids and did a great job making them as comfortable as possible. The doctor very fast and gentle. I literally felt no pain. I felt like I was at home lol I definitely recommend them
