Hola, Quiero hablar de el Doctor Silva, él es un excelente dentista, es carismático y muy simpático y amable, en cuanto a su atención como profesional dentista es excelente. Dr. Silva and his entire Monterey office are great, very professional, and nice too. Dr. Silva took me in as an emergency on a Thursday at 5pm due to the amount of pain I was in from an infection in my root canal. He put me at ease, explained what he was going to do, and how long it would take. He also explained the options after the tooth was pulled. I opted for an implant, and he has been great handling that entire process. I had my last appointment this week, and am now cleared for my dentist to finish the procedure. I hope not to need him again, but if I do, his office will be the first that I call.

Extra caring and friendly dentist. They took me in as an emergency case right away when other dentists turned me away, not caring about the pain I was in. Prices are very fair. Dr. Silva is extremely competent and knowledgeable and put me right at ease with his warm and confident bedside manner. The office staff are very friendly. My procedure was quick and smooth, far better than I would have hoped! I would recommend this dentist to anyone needing oral surgery. It was honestly the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. RUN...Do not make the same mistake that I did. I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dentist (and I've been to western dental). This Doctor does not have any patience. His bedside manner couldn't be worse. I went this morning to have a tooth pulled. This tooth has been in pain lately. Because I was expressing the fact that I was in pain, he continued to get upset with me. He threatened to stop working on me 3 times during the 30 minute procedure. He raised his voice asking if I thought he was a magician and finally he threw his gloves on the table and walked out. I literately felt like I was in a nightmare. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was. Take my advice, this dentist is awful.

Dr. Silva and his office staff were terrific. I had a complicated problem with a tooth and bone infection that required urgent treatment on a Friday afternoon. I needed surgery and he expertly took care of my problem. They are a highly professional office and Dr. Silva did wonderful work. I am very appreciative that we have such a skill oral surgeon here in Monterey.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and was very anxious about the surgery, but Dr. Perry Silva and his staff were very nice and reassuring. The surgery went smoothly and when I needed to ask questions during the weekend about my recovery I was able to speak directly to the doctor. Overall I had a very good experience here and would recommemd this office to anyone.

Let me just say, I am NOT an easy patient. I get very anxious, I ask a lot of questions, and I need to know every step of the procedure beforehand (and told again during the procedure itself). On the day of surgery, we had an insurance fiasco and ended up having to pay everything out of pocket. I was so upset and nervous I couldn't stop shaking, but the whole staff was extremely patient with me and talked me through every step. They even covered me with a blanket to help with my shivering. I also have a fear of needles because my veins are very small and hard to locate, but Dr. Silva was able to find a vein with ease and insert the IV with very minimal pain. Most doctors have to poke my arms multiple times and by that point I'm a nervous wreck (not to mention my arms are covered in bruises the next day). I ended up getting four wisdom teeth extracted plus an extra tooth, and although I'm still dealing with the insurance issue, I am so, so grateful that I had such an amazing team take care of me. Highly recommend Dr. Silva and his team!!!
