The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. To start, the office called me so many times prior to my appointment asking for my insurance information. Each time, I would politely give them the info and somehow they would still call me the following day and ask again. On the day of my appointment, they were blasting heavy rock music in the office. Seemed very unprofessional. The girls at the front desk seemed like they didn’t have a clue what was going on and were very rude and demanding. The room where I had my teeth cleaned was dirty. The ceiling had been leaking and looked like it was going to cave in. There were used, dirty swabs lying on the floor. I had plenty of time to inspect every inch of this filthy room as I waited over an hour for the dentist to come see me. She was not very friendly, but did an okay job cleaning my teeth. They do not have a hygienist at this office so the dentist does all the cleanings, which may be why the wait time is absurdly long. Overall, will never return to this place and would not recommend anyone to come here.

Incompetent front office staff, wasting and disregarding my time and disrespecting me from the start-why would I believe the dentist herself would be any different?

Details: I researched to find the new dentist I wanted, called and made an appt and of course gave them my insurance info at that time. Got a call back soon afterward: They needed my insurance info again, so I gave it to them again along with more details. Then they sent me pages of intake/history paperwork and I filled it out. I confirmed the 11am time on both calls, but when I arrived at 11, they said they had me scheduled earlier (would never have happened-I had earlier meetings and the calendar out when scheduling) and that they still didn't have any of my insurance info.
I was surprised but happy to provide the insurance info, and I would have waited politely, but they insisted it was my fault, they couldn't reschedule me the same morning/early afternoon with the same dentist, nor could they reschedule the next day with the same dentist. Again, I was being kind and polite, but I grew annoyed at the end, for they were disregarding the time I spent to research the dentist I chose and the time I spend on both phone calls and to come in at the agreed-upon time. (The front office staff said the call center people didn't communicate the insurance info to their front desk, but both phone calls confirmed the date and time of my appointment.)

This was my first (and now only) impression of this office and company. Why would I want to continue to pursue more of this treatment with these people-to see how bad it could get when it came time for billing or future appointments? Or to find out if the dentists are just as incompetent as their front office? No, someone else can do that-I'll start over and elsewhere.

We recently moved to Longmont and had previously gone to another Perfect Teeth Dentistry in a different city in Colorado. I have to say that I was very impressed by this location, on Pace Street in Longmont. Craig, the dental hygienist, was very professional, very prompt as far as my appointment time, very informative as to what he was doing and suggestions that he gave, very polite, and very cheerful. He also did a great job on my teeth. I also, of course, met the dentist, and she took a lot of time on my mouth with the regular cleaning and exam.

I recommend this dentistry, and specifically this location. I will be sharing it with both my husband and one of our sons, who currently lives in Longmont.

Got referred by another dentist to this dentist to get mouth cancer screening. They scheduled me 3 times at their office, showed up just to tell me oh that's this person not me(still got charged) To finally getting to the gum and mouth specialist doctor to tell me they don't do the screenings and I'll have to go to another dentist or surgeon. They have signs saying they offer this screening on theirs walls! That's false advertising and waste of my time and money!! Not organized. Every time I came the wait times were 35 min-1 hour, even just to talk to me or check me in

Terrible service. I waited over an hour before I was seen by the doctor and she looks at my chart and didn’t have any idea what we were doing. What she had told me we were doing when I was in there was totally different from what I was told last time. She was so confused as to what’s going on. I was under u was told that we were doing a few cavities in the up left quadrant. We had all ready finished the other 3 quadrants. Now she was tell me we were doing some all over the place. Sounds like they are all over worked and understaff.

My recent visit was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had getting a filling (if there is such a thing). The dentist and hygienist were fun and professional.

The most awful experience I’ve ever had with a dentist I was pregnant for my first visit so they couldn’t fill a cavity I had but the room was literally disgusting the walls the equipment all of it was filthy.
I got my cavity filled after I had my baby and my teeth are ruined I have been experiencing extreme sensitivity in both teeth and never have ever had any teeth issues! To make matters worse it’s impossible to get ahold of them I can’t chew on my left side at all and put in several request for an appointment and called everything ignored. I am so upset and traumatized from this experience.
