I’ve been going to Perfect Smiles for nearly 10 years, and they have truly gotten rid of any anxiety I ever felt about all things dental. I no longer live in Lenexa, but I won’t even consider finding another dentist because I love this place so much. Dr. Bridenstine is seriously a saint - so patient, understanding, and calming. He will never lecture you or make you feel less than. All of the hygienists, dental assistants, and staff are so kind and make going to the dentist an extremely pleasant experience. I’m so thankful for Perfect Smiles!

I was originally referred to Dr. Boldry at Perfect Smiles Dental for a Crown. Over the summer, I ended up moving all of my routine dental care to the practice. After my first cleaning, it was determined I needed an old filling repaired, which Dr. Boldry completed. After the appointment, I had a lot of tooth pain. After a week, I went back for an adjustment. After another week or so, I was still having pain so I went back a second time. Dr. Boldry did not examine the tooth at this visit, but gave me prescription for a steroid and explained a nerve was aggravated and inflamed (Dr. Boldry made a claim against my insurance for this visit also). After about a month, the pain had not subsided. I ended up seeking a second opinion from another dentist. The second opinion found the filling that Dr. Boldry completed was lose and the cause of my pain.

I called Dr. Boldry's office and explained the situation. The Office Manager at the time, Bree, apologized for what happened. That is all that was said. I ended up having the filling repaired by the second dentist.

Fast forward to today. My insurance company is not covering the service of having the filling repaired due to the same service being completed within 12 months. My insurance company advised me to work with Perfect Smiles Dental to come to a resolution or for them to retract the insurance claim they placed so that the repair filling could be paid to the second dentist.

At first, my call to the office was not returned. I followed up and was told my call probably fell through the cracks due to office staff turn over. When I did receive a call back, I was told Dr. Boldry would not issue a refund or retract the insurance claim because she warranties her work and since I went to another practice for the repair, that cost is on me.

Obviously, I am disappointed with the service I received on my tooth, but I am more disappointed at how Dr. Boldry and the staff has handled the situation. When I called the office and told them the outcome of the second opinion, they seemed uninterested in being bothered about it. Yet, when it came to the a payment resolution, Dr. Boldry is acting like I didn't give her the opportunity to fix it the problem.

Love this practice. Fairly new but they’ve been nothing but accommodating and kind from the minute I step in to the second I step out. Pure Joy!!!
Ps. Someone tell the doc to trim the nose hairs. Love him but you get a straight shot in those chairs! All in LOVE! Keep up the great work and cheerfulness! Makes my day bc I hate going to the dentist! 🙂

I had pain in my (dentured and implanted ) jaws so intense I couldn’t even begin to chew. It was a weekend, I left a message, and she called several times before I answered the phone. She gave me at home pain relieving suggestions . Came in Monday especially for me on her day off and treated me . I was so grateful. She’s the best!!! This clinic is the best!

Very impressed with staff, Dr.Tracey Boldry, and office. Friendly, very techno equipped and organized. Her work is also very artistic - she fixed an impossible cavity in a front tooth and it looks perfect, one cannot tell there was ever a problem. This is a gal with a plan!
