I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years and Dr Perea and his staff are all 5 star!!!! No one likes to hear you need a root canal, right, but Dr Perea and his staff are very calming and reassuring.

I arrived early to my appointment and was seen immediately! The front desk staff were all very kind, polite and professional!

Cecilia, the dental assistant brought me in and took a CT scan of my tooth Two scans were taken and then I was brought into the one of the exam rooms for the consultation.

I mentioned that tooth was sensitive to cold, so it was tested with ice, and sure enough, that tooth is alive, and I felt a bit sensitive to it. Good news, for now, do nothing, and leave it alone! Yay! May my tooth live a very long life intact without any further disturbance. Yay!

The office is very beautiful with artwork by Dr Perea's wife. The ambience is very relaxing too.

I highly recommend Dr Perea for any endodontic treatment. He is quite knowledgeable and will save your tooth, if possible.

Metered street parking on Wilshire or the side streets. Or park in the building.

Dr. Perea is the best endodontist I have ever met. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. I have experienced no pain in his office. He works like an artist. He is very professional and caring, and so are Daniel, Anthony and Cecilia. He also has the best dental office I have ever visited. The design and the paintings hanging on the walls make me feel as if I am in an art gallery and take away from my usual anxiety when visiting a dentist.

I got a nasty abscess on a molar, one that had a previous root canal. I went to see Dr. Perea about a consult & needed a new root canal & to clean up & rebuild the tooth. He waited patiently while antibiotics worked on the abscess & a week later he did my root canal. I am the nervous type & have health issues thst make me a complicated patient but Dr. Perea & his staff were patient & compassionate. Did I tell you he has a brilliant set of skills. Detail oriented & an artist at work to give you a painless procedure with the best outcome. You could not ask for a better endodontist or kinder person.

The day before Thanksgiving I was in so much pain from a deeply infected tooth in need of a root canal and Dr. Perea was able to squeeze me in last minute. I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to find help anywhere the afternoon before many offices close for the holiday weekend, so I am forever grateful that his office squeezed me in (and even stayed a little after close to complete the procedure).

Additionally, I had heard horror stories about root canal treatments, but I must say that the procedure was relatively painless and took under an hour. The office had a calming environment, the staff was friendly, and what appeared to be quite modern equipment was used for my x-rays. Highly recommend!

I've had the best experience at Perea Endodontics. I've had a root canal and a retreatment done, and did not experience any pain or discomfort during the procedure or afterwards. Dr Perea explained everything and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. He uses machines of the latest technology, the office is very clean and the stuff very helpful. Highly recommended.
