Our family loves Dr. Pentecost and his entire staff. When our dental insurance changed and all the local teachers and their families had to find a provider who would take the new coverage Dr. Pentecost stepped up and said he would do it, even though he knew he might not get reimbursed. This proves what kind of character he has, he does what he does for his patients. The fact that he was the only dentist in our entire region who saw the need to serve teachers and their families shows what kind of office this is. He and his team also do great work and I always feel like we are cared about not only as patients but as people.

My family went to Dr Pentecost for years. He and his staff were always very nice. The only problem is that I have had to switch to a new dentist because he stuck a loose crown back on with decay underneath. He even commented that there was "a little decay" as he was cementing it. After he re cemented the crown, he left it to his dental assistant to discover that there was cement still blocking her ability to floss. She must have cranked on my tooth for half an hour trying to remove it, which was torture. It hurt terribly and within two months it was infected and I have had to have the molar extracted! I have heard of three other people who have had terrible and expensive problems as a result of work that was done in this office. It pains me to write this, especially because they are so nice, but I feel I must be honest.

When we moved here recently, I truly grieved losing my family's dentist. Good ones are so hard to come by and my family has difficulties due to genetic disorders. I am blown away by Dr. Pentecost and his staff. They are on par with our last dentist- and that is a level of care difficult to achieve. They have been kind, caring, and filled with empathy and understanding for what we are dealing with on a daily basis. You won't find better and I am so grateful for their care and compassion. They took as much time as was needed to care for my special needs kids.

After my first visit, I was waiting for a cab outside his office. He offered me a ride home. He is such a caring person. My hats off to you and your entire staff.

Got my wife in quickly & like Dr. Pentecost but required another return visit. Root canal went well but disappointed they offer NO discounts for paying in Full or for Nurses/employee of St Joseph Hospital next door.

They helped me out alot when I was hurting because of my wisdom teeth which all 4 were growing in at a 90° angle only bad thing I would say about my experiences with them was earlier when I went to make an appointment for the hole in my tooth and the soonest opening was September(which its a small area with alot of people so I understand that part) and they didn't have any information/opinions/suggestions on near by dentists
